bad app experience, cant log in. so whats the point. lost business on your end I'll find somewhere else to eat.
The new update is not allowing payment using PayPal. Please fix it ASAP. Now, over 1 month later, it is still not fixed.
It keeps force closing and won't accept my card, Fix your application because this is annoying. I really hate this application for the problems it's had for over a year and nobody has fixed it.

app won't let me log into my account. It loads the web browser to enter a verification code from my email but then I get an "oops our bad" error message so I can't use the app.
I was fine with the APP and Wingstop until the most recent update asked for access to my contacts and wouldn't let me skip allowing access, FAIL. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I will never grant anyone access to my private contacts, under the smoke screen of improving user experience. APP removed and Wingstop has lost me as a customer. Privacy is still a thing you marketing jerks!
Unreliable app Try it time after time and sometimes it won't even log in. The guest feature is gone now and has been for some time SADLY. I get the email so with offers But there is no way to get them redeemed
Dear Clinton wingstop, dont get me wrong I love wingstop a whole lot! but every single time I have been without fail, they have either completely messed up the order, or are forgetting things. it wohld be different if it was just a one time thing, but EVERY time. So either get yalls employees trained, or read the orders before you make them💋
I tried to order and it charged my cc but did not process my food order. now I have to dispute this, when I just wanted done wings

Chronic log in problems plague this app. The app logs me out every few days and logging in is an absolute nightmare. I have to try dozens of times to log in each time, sometimes cycling through changing default browsers, which is tedious. I enter the email code and it just takes me back right the log in page over and over. Please fix the log in issues. And stop logging me out without my consent. And if you get it working, stop pushing unnecessary updates. You lose money each time.

app is okay. I love their ranch and miss some old flavors. however the staff is incredibly rude and reaching out to wingstop, via email, with zero response is ridicules. I hoped they would look at the footage at what happened and if they thought we were in the wrong, say so but we weren't bc the only person causing a scene was their employee for no reason. he had an attitude before we walked into the store.
1st order I did was the 70 cent 10 boneless wings, they didnt even bother tossing them they just sprayed the sauce, they werent even warm..
