Horrible customer service. Just hope you have no issues with the app because they won't fix it.

Terrible, after I spent a long time collecting coins it won't let me continue because I don't have a Sim card. Should've at least made that clear in the beginning so I wouldn't have wasted my time Wish I could give this disgraceful waste of time 0 stars.

extremely inaccurate. I'm going to trust my Samsung Health apps with my watch. I don't know what you guys are using to track steps.
Doesn't fully track steps, drains too much battery, and the cards that I would actually use are locked behind leagues Ican't get promoted to. Overall, would not recommend.

Can't exit the adds to get my points for walking. It just takes me to Google Play and there is no exit.

was a great app for years but now you need to be in certain leagues to get a gift card
I started Winwalk in May 2025 and it was great. But then this year Winwalk added "Leagues". I understand you needed to add it for sustainability. But you should have thought that through LONG BEFORE releasing the app at all. Now, us users from last year feel the rug has been pulled out from under us. (I have read other compaints). The rewards that used to be available to us are now locked behind league barriers. You lacked foresight when designing this app. I will be using the Moneywalk app now.
It used to count step for a week. Now I changed Phone. Updated the background counting and battery Management settings as suggested by the app and nothing works. None of my step are now being counted. Edit: following your response, I re-downloaded the app after deleting the previous account. The same issues reoccured this time the steps stopped being counted 2 hours after creation of the new account.
I installed this app thinking I would walk more but as soon as I open it I make my profile and stuff then I start walking and it doesn't work I just stayed at zero I don't recommend this
Doesn't collect the coins automatically and relt on users to press collect everyday as the count gets reset the next day.

Takes too long to earn coins. 100 coins earnt for 10,000 steps. You would need to walk 10,000 steps every day for 7 months to earn a £10 voucher. Plus deal with endless ads to collect the coins once you have earnt them. If you could redeem a £10 voucher for 5000-10000 coins it would be semi worth it but 21000 is not worth the effort of having to go on the app to redeem them.
very hard to get necessary amount of points to get rewards. also drains battery so had to recharge after 5 hours. uninstalled the up.

Has ads that install apps without consent.
Now you need to have certain levels to now get gift cards. Time to uninstall it. Bye!

great in theory, but when I finally reached the goal to redeem an amazon card it changed to need a certain tier level to get it... so I chose a Tim's one instead and when I went to put the card number in it wasnt the correct amount of numbers so wouldn't work! what a rip off.
no entiendo por que tenemos que estar en una categoria para poner canjear en gift card ...como por ejemplo amazon....no me gusta tomar muchos meses para canjear 10 dolares y estar en una categoria determinada para poder tener la gift card no le veo sentido...pondre solo una Estrella y la cambiar a 5 cuando desaparescan las condiciones para canjear las gifts card

Games are completely out of the dev's control but I end up getting suggestions for games I hardly care for... Watching ads is not a half bad compromise. Biggest complaint is constant updates on leauges and other than for achievements + bonus, lemme opt out of it.

I only got one GC before I changed phones 😑 if you walk 2 miles instead of 1 (like I do) per day maybe it's more worth it 🤷 or if your day always ends before midnight (because that's when you have to sync or you lose your steps ! 😭 ) but mine doesn't !! anyway, not worth the effort, IMHO
when linked with fitbit the steps are not the same the count is way out

could be easier to earn coins,. isn't as sensitive about picking up my steps. I'm walking close to 16000 most days, yet only getting 100 coins. it's meant to be 100 steps =1 coin.
takes about a year to get a £5 voucher without watching ads or downloading games
Really disappointed that after finally redeeming my points that they changed their rules of "first come first serve" because some gift cards go fast! However, they have changed it to Leagues and you have to reach certain requirements to redeem certain gift cards like Amazon or Walmart. It is It makes my accomplishment not worthy enough.
