I just tried to watch ads and for some reason it's says that I have a vpn and my account is suspended and I know that I do not have a vpn at all on my device and it just suspends me for no reason
Do not download. It takes time to redeem points.
This app is creepy when I had it every time I closed it it would have the voice recorder app open. Not only that but the surveys get really personal and if you only want to walk for money? Well it takes a 120 days for 10$ since the cap only let's you get that and that's only if you walk the Max it will let you. All in all wouldn't recommend especially scared that it keeps recording me when I'm away
Really dislike the feature where you have to be in a specific league before you can redeem certain gift cards (like Amazon.ca ones) - I did earn all those points but now I have limited access to them.
does not record steps accurately. I have about 15,000 a day on weekdays and it only shows 5,000 of them daily. Today I had 5583 and it said I only has 200 something. what a rip off.
I officially rate this app a 1 star because I didn't get my reward and God knows for a fact that I'm angry because of that.

Will not let me retrieve coins. Wants me to remove my add blocker, which is not going to happen.

I walk 1.2 miles to the grocery store. I walked around the store. I walked 1.2 miles back home. I walk at home. All that walking amounts to only 382 steps?
I played a game during a promotion after I reached a certain level it just stopped rewarding me during the promotion. I'm currently missing about 4000 coins because of this. ridiculous that I spent the time trying to earn these coins and the app didn't link with the game enough to reflect that I got to level 125. it still says I only got to level 50 in this app.
I loved this app at first. loved the challenges and leagues. but got stuck at about 1866 coins and it has stopped tracking my steps for over a week now. uninstalling. I've tried updating app, closing it out, resetting my phone, etc. nothing is fixing it. my other walking apps are tracking just fine. so disappointed. never got a gift card.

I've had this app installed for a while now and have redeemed about $50 in Amazon gift cards. I now have 13000 coins but unable to redeem a card because I need to be in the "crystal league". No idea how long it'll be to get there or how I get there. I put in about 100000 steps to get the 13000 coins and still can't redeem. I'm moving on to a different walking app.
Not that great of an app I had a game I beat level 50 on and never got credited for the 8,400 points I earned. I contacted customer service the next day and they kept telling me they couldn't do anything to help me yet and to message them back in 24 hours. We'll it's been 120 hours now and they still keep saying they cant help me and now they are saying weather or not I have proof of me completing that level that they cant do anything to help me and said it sucks to be me for wasting my time.
It wants me to download a game and play it but why can't I play it on the actual app
it is comically slow to collect coins toward a €10 voucher, even if you do the bonus stuff like game play and surveys

Does not accurately track steps. I have my phone on me and a pedometer and the app only gets 1/4 of the steps. The ads are obnoxious and haven't earned to spend yet but will come back and update if it works or not. the scratch and win is stupid too. 4 times and only 1 coin each time. having to watch an entire ad just get your coins is incredibly obnoxious. might just delete the app.
so ive had the app for about 8 hours. ive noticed its not tracking my steps properly. my Google health says I have over 15k and this one is showing just over 7k
It doesn't follow Samsung health, and I really walk 8000 steps or more, but you'll be lucky if it gives you a potion of that. I workout on average 4.5 times a week and can't seem to get the app to calculate more than 3000 a day. It takes far too long to get anywhere with it.

it doesn't always add my steps. one day what was 7000 steps the next day is only 4000.
I'm giving this app 2 stars cuz it's super annoying that a) it caps you at 100 coins from walking. I work retail & my average day is 12K+. And most importantly b) if you forget to "collect" your coins after midnight you lose them all! Coin collection should be automated. I forget to collect them sometimes when I work the overnight shifts. So it's super frustrating to lose them all!
It started off ok, but I completed a certain level for 14000 coins. It was marked off as being completed, but I never received the coins. Why would anyone want to continue when that happens? Why?
I made a review about this app before praising it on how the processes of the app are smooth. however, you have now not impressed me. not only does it take 7-8 months of CONSISTENTLY getting 10000 steps every single day just to get a £10 gift card, the app has now made it that the actual good gift cards require you to be in a certain league just to get it, and climbing up the ranks in leagues is not easy whatsoever. the app should remove the league concept as a whole. I am not impressed at all.
it's an ok app, but you only get the steps that you make on the side your phone is on. so if you step 5000 times with your right foot and your device is in your right pocket, that's all you get. as if you only have 1 leg. you get no steps from your left leg. and if your device is in your hand, it won't count any steps unless you walk very bouncy. and if you open the app but don't collect the coins by 11:59pm, it doesn't keep your step count in record..
This app does not track my steps accurately, even using Google Fit. What winwalk reports is ALWAYS different and always LESS than what Google Fit has, and the app does not even offer an alternative other than its own internal step meter, which is even worse than Google Fit's. I've had this app for well over a year at this point, and according to my fitbit I easily log 13k steps a day, bur winwalk insists I never get more than maybe 8k. Do not recommend.
Just started using this app, and feel the 100 a day coin limit is unfair on those like myself who walk 15 to 20k + steps a day are missining out on being rewarded for that effort!!

The tracking AI is not accurate. I have walked 4 miles everyday for the last 5 days over 10k steps in each day. Coins aren't accurate either.
Around 50% of the time it gives a "General Error". You also cant move at all while collecting coins as it gives an error. I have attempted to email them twice in the past month, but havent gotten a response.
