They only gave me a 20% refund of a defective item... sus
ordered glasses received the case was damaged. the glasses didn't match the description. they didn't fit right. was denied a refund. was told I would have to send it back to China on my own. if you dont no that is very difficult to do. so I would suggest try any other china app before this one. the others have much better return policy.
looks exactly like every other app now, might as well stick to Savers, the only bargain shop you can find anymore.
Well. Suddenly can't process payments via PayPal. Just get an error and suggestions on using a different payment method. I'm not buying anything unless I can have PayPal as a middle man for seamless refunds or anything else.

FILLED W SCAMMERS and customer service doesn't care. You wait months to get the wrong item (often a fake), and kiss your $ goodby. I'm so sick of throwing my $ away.

well I am very disappointed in the prices . I know it's been three years since I got on wish to see all they have but I am sorry to say I won't be buying anything cause temu has same stuff for way cheaper price. so sorry to see the stuff priced wrong or way to high . if you all ever go back to being the cheapest priced app on your items I will come back but for now I am going to temu .

Thiefs and Scammers. I bought 2 usb drives and they never shipped, they said they refunded me but the money never showed back up on my card so now I lost out on $38

this app has really gone downhill
Not allowing returns even though product doesn't fit me. I have tried reaching out and they said I selected size L and they did ship size L, and yes while that is the case, sometimes sizes still run different. And the fact is when I tried it on it didn't fit me so I want to return it, but they said no. Looks like I will never be ordering from Wish again.
customer service is terrible. took over a weeks to get them to delete my old address as orders got selected to there by default after trying to save my new address. I am now over a week into the process of trying to get a full refund on a faulty item. Wish are my worst nightmare.

If you need to remove/council an order, you have 1 hour to do it. After that you must return the order to get your money back. Un- installing.
Still can't sort price! I don't use stores that don't have an option to sort by lowest price! Such a waste of time to have to wade through a sea of things you don't need just to find the lowest price! 👎
