App still crashes and isn't connecting to the watch.
aful so not user friendly
I love withings and the whole ecosystem. but the latest update of the app is extremely bugged and it won't even load, as you open the app everything stays white. to make it work you have to clear the storage and reload which takes forever and will fail again after 1 or 2 days.

watch keeps loosing time and steps are not recorded accurately
The change to the terms and conditions are egregious and draconian. None of the retained information is justified.
since the update my app is not working or syncing with my scan watch 2. uninstalled, re installed but can't get it to work now tried 10 times still not working what a waste it appears that withings are not responding to the issue that the app update has caused. I have tried reinstalling the app again today, still not working, now I have a very un smart watch and an app that doesn't connect or sync to my watch. I guess if withings don't respond I will have to seek advice on how to sort this out
recently tried to reconnect it to Myfitnesspal app and it no longer connects or syncs. it will not even connect or stay on or turn on to weigh. brand new batteries, app up to date, says it's connected via Bluetooth then immediately cuts off. for the amount momey these things cost this is criminal.
unfortunately I will have to take these scales back to the shop as they are not accurate. there's a 3kg difference between the two machines I have in the house and this one's way off.
Can't ID model, can't sync and update settings
I have a withings scanwatch nova, and had a nightmare with it. it doesn't want to charge, and has a habit of actually losing charge plugged in. Withing were absolutely useless originally, but eventually said it's a hardware issue. I looked online, and there's loads of people reporting same issue. My advice? AVOID WITHINGS LIKE A PLAGUE

limited data - all interesting metrics hide behind paid for subscriptions
Sadly has been absolutely horrendous since the last major update. The watch can no longer reliably connects with the app. It recently over 15 minutes of messing around to set an alarm on the app because it will not connect. None of the suggestions made by customer service do anything. It has frequently missed tracking parts of runs because it cannot connect. Les useless AI bollocks and more functionality please
Broken tool. Spent over an hour trying to get it working for more than half my weight and all the app or their Ai chat would say is "factory reset" so I am factory resetting this app off my phone.
Became useless. It says connected with blood pressure monitor but the measurements are not shown anymore. The App was good but now it's useless. Too bad. I like the monitor but don't have an option now to track the results in an app anymore.
I would give this a ZERO if I could. App stopped syncing with my watch more than a month ago and I cannot get through to anyone to assist. so the watch is just that - a watch. No health data or anything of the like - I can tell the time and that's it. Useless app.
Fraud? Purchased the Beamo after reading and watching all the reviews. Well, in the USA the stethoscope has no AI cleanup, just sounds like garbage. Sp02 locked, ECG features locked. So I just paid FULL price for a basic forehead thermometer. Will the Body Scan 2 have everything locked away from USA customers too? What a dirty trick. Shame on you...
My Withings Body Comp just stopped working - tried multiple new batteries - the thing is now just 'dead' - the online help is useless - appalling quality for a huge price - something this expensive should not just stop working - looking at the internet it appears mine is not an isolated case - I only purchased it 18 months ago it should not fail after that time !!!!

4-26-26 No one from Withings has ever responded to reviews that I have left. I don't think they care about reviews. Save your money. Clothes, no clothes, Withings added useless features to hide the fact that the Body Composition feature works when it wants to work. I DON'T need to see the weight trend on the scale, BMI, the weather, the air quality, or a positive message. I gave up on the vascular measurement. That feature only worked on 8-21-25, 12-7-25, 1-26-26, and 2-16-26.
Gave 5 stars in 2020. I've updated it to 1 star. Been sad watching a great app get terrible over the years, especially b/c the hardware is awesome. (I've used the scale, blood pressure sleeve, and sleep mat.) I'm done with Withings and will replace my old scale and blood pressure sleeve with Garmin. They use no deception, don't lock data behind a paywall, and don't spam their own app with ads. Ironically this led me to subscribe to Garmin+. They earned my loyalty, while Withings lost me.
The app used to work great, now I've lost all my weight history and it doesn't save any new readings.

the app keeps crashing. I have been unable to open it since Feb 2026. I have deleted and installed this app like 10+ time now. no change. customer service too as they don't really help. keep asking me to delete and re-install. when the app does open, it gives me a blank screen. the charge sucks too. I have to figet with it multiple times to get the watch to sit juat right so that it will charge. right now wondering what happened to its quality. it has gone down since it was bought by Nokia.

Crashes when open, I'm unable to change the watch alarm
It is impossible to see the shopping basket after adding items to it (duplicate entry for the scanwatch charger) so I cannot edit it to remove the extra entry, and have to pay for two... I also have to completely reinstall the app from time to time, in order for it to work
I really want to like this app, as the look and feel is good, and potential as a data amalgamator is there. Its just so unreliable though, the synch to Health Connect is poor - I've just uninstalled the app and reinstalled (at supports request), and my historic data has gone. Step counts (i use a fitbit, integrating via HC) arent recognised towards badges, and the AI just refuses to accept ive done any exercise at all as it can't read the data in the app

Withings app constantly crashes on Android (no problems on iOS though).

The app won't connect with my watch, making it a pretty useless app and making my Baby G are far better watch - wish I'd never gotten the watch that makes me require this app - total waste of time and money - please don't consider buying a watch that connects( or not) to this app- because it probably won't!!

As much as I like the hardware, the app basically doesn't work anymore. You have to delete and reinstall every time you want to see anything in the app. Otherwise it's just a fully black screen.
The app doesn't work at all. My watch hasn't synched with my app for more than 3 months. This is unacceptable.
It suddenly stopped reading steps and respiration metrics from Health Connect. So sad, it's been starting so promising 😞

Good watch but difficult or impossible to connect the phone to the watch particularly when travelling through time zones.
