The app shows misleading information upon check-in. It allowed me to check-in on my flight after the free check-in time for the first flight had already passed. It didn't inform that online check-in for the first flight was impossible, but made me choose seats and pay for them, there was no other option. As a result I paid 34 euro for seats, but had no boarding pass for my first flight. I had to pay an extra fee for check-in at the airport. The app should have warned me, I didn't need the seats.
Watch out for the prices, I booked a flight for 110€ round trip , 2 months later the same round trip costed only 50€ Edit: 5 years passed, now the app thinks I'm a robot hahah
Hideous. You can't book if you're in Australia
why this app asks for superuser rights? It doesn't launch without root. upd: app would launch if root is hidden from app. Still don't understand why it asks for root.

this app is a piece of hot garbage, can't seem to check-in two passengers on the same booking at once and seat selection doesn't work. Aside from basic features not working, there is so much clicks going into avoiding upselling, which males the whole experience very tedious
SMS, eMail and notification to state 1h40 delay. App still states on time! Hopeless - not synced to server.. (Of course I know it will be later than that, they just pretend that estimate to keep under 2h for EC261)

Absolute rubbish. no dropdown list is working for the requested sign up filed, and for the password requirements it still says it is not valid.
I was booking flight tickets and the price was listed as €530. Since it's more convenient for me, I chose to pay in USD, and the total came out to $700. I went ahead and paid, but later I checked my banking app out of curiosity to see what the conversion would have been if I had paid in euros. It turned out I would have saved about $70. This feels like a complete rip-off. I've never experienced such a huge difference in exchange rates before. Be very careful when choosing the payment currency.

Dodatkowo jesli jestes w sekcji ubezpieczenia i wyskakuja ci oferty za 10zl, 20zl to cena przy kliknieciu zmienia sie na 80zl. Aplikacja co chwila zmienia ceny na drozsze aby oszukac klientow i zarobic na oszustwie. Nie polecam

checked in 5 times. no documents, no error description, no action plan - what am I to do?????
I had to "finish" my check out two times before it actually worked. Both of the times the check out seemed fine at the beginning and it was only when I reopened the app, an hour or so later, it became apparent that the check in didn't go through. I couldn't download it or move it to the wallet either, which most definitely did not help with the problem. Considering how expensive check ins on the airports are, I'd say that it smells really scammy. It's impossible to get help as well
app is down,doesnt let me change passenger names,doesnt let me buy extra bags.It all looks like scam.only way to do it is call to customer helpline which will cost 100+ euros or british pounds as a fee over a phone.Absolute joke.Online reports shows this is a new way they scamm people,let you buy cheap flight so after they can charge you extra for not checking in online,over a phone fees etc.
@WizzAir I submitted a full complaint on 28 March (Ref: F0058825) regarding luggage being added to the wrong leg of my journey due to your confusing booking system, which did not clearly warn me or properly allow me to choose the correct flight segment. I then received an automated email saying my complaint was “resolved,” yet no actual response or resolution was provided and none of the main points I raised were addressed. My worst experience with any airline I booked with.

Can not retreive booking by confirmation number. It claims there is no network. so let's try. If there is no network, I will also not be able to submit this complaint.
App is broken atm and their whole system. Flight coming and need to check online but no bookings shown when logged in. Same happens in web and mobile app.
Very glitchy app, for 2 weeks I couldn't save my phone number and date of birth. upon input, it would indicate that date of birth is necessary even though input was already provided. Finally I updated both using browser, but when I open the app, it keeps asking me for phone number.

website jumping had to sign in account over and over. when I joined/ registered to the app, it only requested first and last name. when I booked my journey, it was auto filled. booked my ticket. when checking, noted it the name as appear on travel documents. on correcting your system error, i was charged for a name change. after totally up my cost incurred, i could have flown with another airline cheaper. I feel scammed! There was no instruction or ability to do this when I made my booking.
I dont even want to give 1 star. every time I try to find my booking it says error and can't find it even though I can see it but when I click on it the error message appears and I am unable to do anything! anyone else having this issue?
can't register: password less than 12 - wth?! it's not your business. 1 number, 1 capital, 1 special, 8 charters length. forgot password: we sent you... bla bla, but not, 10 min was enough

The worst airline ever. They charged me 47 pounds just to give me a boarding pass while they never sent me an email to do online checking. This is scam and the way they make money by fraud.
I've used a lot of airline apps but wizz airlines app doesn't seem sophisticated enough to scan all documents, inconveniencing me to have to go to check in counter

HORRIBLE application!!! The app has significant glitches. When attempting to check in online, it displays the same name for two different passengers, with no option to correct it. As a result, completing the online check-in becomes impossible.

Disgusting!!! It's not that priority doesn't matter. It's worse! People without priority go first. How? Why? So I pay more to be last? It happened more than once.
Can't open the app. It opens and closes itself. Deleted app data, reinstalled, nothing helped.
Why am i forced to download the app to check in?
It's programmed to select the worst possible seats to force you to pay extra. I don't mind having this as paid option, but every time I fly Wizz it randomly selects seats they are always in the worst possible spots. This is dishonest and shady practice and I don't approve it.

The company will find every possible way to not refund money that it is supposed to refund.
most of the experience with this company could be improved. everything they do is to try to get you. the app has bugs and always makes you feel like there is an arterial motive for the bugs... even ryanair stopped messing with people like these guys still do. I guess eastern Europe again reliably aims for the bottom
cannot install. message in Google play: your device is not compatible. what are the requirements ? I am using Lenovo idea tab 11 with android 15 !
