I heard about this app on TikTok and downloaded it for the first time. I went through age verification, it said it couldn’t find my age group, then let me create a username and instantly banned me right after. I didn’t even get to use the app at all. I’ve never used Wizz before, never had an account, and I literally didn’t even get past setup. Reinstalling doesn’t do anything either. Makes no sense to get instantly banned for no reason right after signing up.
horrible.. cant even get logged in to it since i installed it before but uninstalled it. now im stuck in the prelogin screen. if you also want to be frustrated and annoyed from just the log in then go ahead and try it. but if not just give up on the app ngl.

I downloaded it, tried to sign up, submitted my ID and got banned. hadn't even made an account and I was banned. not sure how this app decided that was necessary but yeah, kinda awful.
I can never get past the tutorial screen. It tells me "oops something happened please try again" I click reload but it keeps going back to saying the same thing over and over again
Ok.... You don't have people in my age group because you don't let people in my age group to make accounts 🤦 nice logic. It's pretty easy to agegate the app and close off younger people. I have no interest in meeting anyone younger than me so allow more people in my age to make accounts
you have to pay for almost anything. I got into the app and got hit with 6 ads in a row to buy coins that's ridiculous. You also have to pay to see someone's full bio that's also ridiculous. See who liked you pay also ridiculous. all of it ridiculous.
terrible got banned for no reason try to appeal and the website just says ok there's no actual way to appeal if you get banned you're done

this app is so dry, people will view your account and not text half the times. creeps asking for "gross stuff" . this app sucks
AVOID - they will randomly blacklist your account and still promote paid products to you.
this was my favorite app since i got bullied sm irl and didnt really have friends and now during the summer i have no one to hang out with but i found people here... today i got a message saying they're raising the age to 16... meaning i have to wait a little over 2 years to make friends for summer... thanks alot
if you want to meet males with the same personality as the devil who will also waste months of your time & like destroy your heart & soul then this is the perfect place but if i could i would give this 0 stars bc of the ai clown that im forced to see every time i open the app there's also an ad after you swipe past 6 ppl & you can no longer watch ads to reveal a secret chat bc you have to use your coins to reveal them & i hate everybody on this app goodnight guys

horrible. just horrible. you can't talk to anyone if you don't have coins and it's impossible to get coins and all the men are just disgusting perverts. no one wants friends on that app, disgusting.
Any picture of try to put on my account slightly implying my shirt is off is flagged as 'suggestive content', but the women in their bikinis and asses is fine? Fix your stupid AI, will consider reinstalling when I can actually make an account.

I can no longer message people on the app. It's been over two months now. On others' ends (my in-person friends that have wizz), my account doesn't exist... My messages aren't going through to people... I'm not restricted or banned, it specifically states 'All good, no limitation detected' when I click 'is my account restricted'. I can't contact anyone to help me with this problem. The wizz help bot has limited responses and options for assistance.

This app sucks. They added this annoying "visibility meter" making it so you have to either constantly be on the app or pay actual money to boost your profile, or worse both at the same time. There's pop-ups ever few minutes begging you to spend money, and messages don't work for 99% of users, you have to double text in order to MAYBE get seen which makes bulk chats even more useless then they already were. Not to mention the fact that it gives you notifications for friends that don't exist.
id verification took forever just to reset the screen and wouldn't work again. now I can't do anything cuz I pressed I don't own one. pretty dumb

They need to fix the restriction system, like I am having a normal conversation about sleeping and out of thin air my account is restricted and now I cant text anyone. Even if you try to like appeal to the restriction, they dont actually review it. I wish they would at least tell me why im being restricted.

cashgrab, simple as that, alot of people who are either just there for ig followers, plugs, or simps who'll give them money, I forgot to mention the amount of FAKE people on there, ie scammers and bots, biggest giveaway is "heyyyy", if you DO want it to recommend people on your preference sheet you have to pay, they call it the boost, my recommendation is either find some confidence and actually approach people outside, and if not try to find an app that doesn't utilize its own currency system
I wasn't even able to get past the registration part It. this app could be way better if it would fix what's needed instead of spinning the wheel for coins
