Horrible. When I tried to get my account back there was a whole verification process that doesn't even work so I can't get my account back.
restricts people for no reason. send mail with appeal takes ages to respond. does not say what a restrict do. let underage people make profiles claiming to be 18. just a scam.
Banned for no reason and terrible support. I got banned due to face verification making an error because the photo was blurry and the screen was too bright and it took too long so it hurt my eyes, after being banned I sent wizz numerous appeals over the span of a month and all of them a bot answered me telling me to appeal, even though I was already appealing.

Got banned for no reason, I just recently came back to the app and apparently I'm banned. I didn't even do anything mind you.
this app used to be okay but recently it has gone down hill. I'm pretty sure they use ai to moderate images and every time I changed the image so it wasn't moderated and i ai edited the image so it wouldn't flag it would tell me it was against the policy even if nothing was wrong in the photo. I got harassed multiple times from guys and they wouldn't get banned. I got banned and it didn't tell me why, I hadn't been using it for awhile too. I honestly think they don't have any good moderation.
Junk app. Noone cares for an actual meaningful conversation. Just here for validation and wasting time.
absolutely unbearable. can't even see who's texting me past 10 chats are all secret chats. I'd pay for premium to avoid this if it wasn't SO expensive.
I really liked this app and then I got banned for no reason at all. Wizz needs to specify why we got banned, It doesn't make sense.

this app has a huge problem. there's way too many suspected bots. too many people use the bulk chat, but never respond to the people they message. secret chats are no longer free (with watching ads) and that's where most of the REAL people who are actually interested in you end up being at. and instead, most of the messages you can see are just people sending out bulk chats with no intentions of responding to you. out of 80% of people I replied too, they never answer back. fix this!

issue with the messages, they seem to send but someone who I know on there sent me a screenshot and the message which seemed to send didn't actually go through on their end
Just get a different app at this point the ID verification is so glitchy and barely even works. Which sucks because then you can't add people or message them until you verify your age.

just straight up trash, i made an account did everything and i didnt even have time to use the app iit just banned me for no reason. so i texted the contact multiple times and i had no answer its been 3 months
wizz age verification is horrible because I am seventeen and I showed my face and got banned because they got my age wrong instead of trying to guess the age verify by id or via phone number this irritated me and I will not be using this app again.
Literally got banned as I tried to join because it estimated that my age was lower than 16 while I am indeed 16
not good, I tried to great an acc and do age verification. it kept saying something was wrong, I tried again maybe it was bad lighting but then I see a message saying I was banned, the thing is I contacted them and they said I was permanently banned and can't do anything abt it
Couldn't get it to set up. Wanted to verify my age, but the app never asked for my age. Then it said not enough people in your age group. As I was backing out another message box popped up and said I was banned for uploading a photo that was against their rules. Heck I never got signed in.
I got 40 requests in minutes of getting the app set up but they were all bots except 4. then those 4 ghosted me because I didn't have Snapchat

it banned me and never even told me what for i was trying to change my pictures to more recent ones and it kept saying account under moderation and have to pay for a lot of things it just a cash grab at this point it use to be better but now it's just wants money I wish I could give 0 stars
this app went so downhill, cant even watch ads to reveal secret chats, cant watch ads for coins to unlock secret chats, got rid of the comment chat too
