בלתי נסבלים. מעבר לבלגן שהשליחים שלהם עושים בכביש, שירות הלקוחות פשוט מזעזע. פעם אם הייתה בעיה הם היו פותרים אותה, היום הם מונופול שמרשה לעצמו לזרוק על הלקוחות שלו. שווה להשתמש במשלוחה או יאנגו גם אם זמני המשלוח פחות מידיים

My experience so far was excellent. However a recent event made me uninstall. I placed a food order and the restaurant didn't have an item. Even though the restaurant communicated this with Wolt they did not reach out to me to inform me. The result was that in order to please my guests I was left without something to eat. However, my disappointment is the way they handled this. In the past in a similar event they offered free coupons etc. but not now. Just refund of missing item.
Wolt used to be very accurate in the delivery estimate times, but since some months all my orders have been delayed. Not by 5-10 minutes, but way more than this.

Horrible, unprofessional customer service. They'll randomly block you for 'multiple accounts' using flimsy signal detection...especially if you've just moved, got a new number, or relocated abroad. Instead of helping, they paste legal terms and kill your order. Zero trust, zero support. Don't rely on them... Do yourself a favour: order directly with local restaurants - they actually want your business, cheaper, often deliver for free and won’t accuse you of fraud for making your 1st order.

uncorrect delivery time and use of AI to not solve any issues. 20 minutes delivery time easily goes to 1 hour plus cold food and ruin the experience. not worth the overcharged food.
rip off. get ready to pay up to 30% more on + service fee + delivery fee. now this is new, they added a night time fee as well 😅 but prepare to order a McDonald's at 3am to have it delivered at 4am. customers beware

The delivery person did not return my change. I would feel better if I voluntarily tipped him. And he treated me badly, When placing my order, I clearly stated the amount of money I had available. I'm not complaining about the change, I'm only complaining about his disrespectful attitude!
I am having issues subscribing to wolt plus and they refuse to help me, claming the issue is on my end when I've confirmed it isn't
this people that work in this stupid company in cyprus are disaster!!! they didn't delivered to me correct pizza i proof to them that pizza iz wrong and that on bill is not correct pizza. pizza was different from what i ordered and i give to delivery boy back and they don't want to refund to me!!!! they are cheaters!!!

very poor customer care service when complaints are made. Also Supermarkets are not updating their lists and therefore you end making a shopping list that is never the same

The worst company with the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. I will never ever use their services again. Needed drinks for a birthday party, they delivered me wrong items, didn't respond for 16 hours, dragged me the entire day with empty promises to just refund me money in the end that will not hit my account for a week. Had to move the entire party for a week after. Didn't even send me money for handling, delivery and tip either so I lost 10 euros on it as well.

Presenting us dirty pop-up ads to sell us garbage while I'm trying to order food is outrageous. Remove those ads that you throw in my face or allow me at least to opt out. This practice is very greedy and I'm one step away from uninstalling it forever. Teach your AI coding agent to properly save the state of the filters!!! turning orientation loses all the entered information, and the bottom sheet is impossible to use in landscape. Maybe rehire humans who can think?

Got a popup You just got Elite level. However, a provided link to see benefits doesn't work; support has no idea about this program at all. I'm in Czech Republic. Support answer: "At this time, I really cannot share any details, because for now the only thing we know is that it does not guarantee any credits for now 😞 I am sorry".

Получих поръчка, която беше пълна измама. Грамажът беше ⅓ от този, който трябва да бъде. Wolt не взеха никакно отношение и ще пусна жалби до нужните институции.

My account was auto banned due to a software bug, and customer support did not provide a solution. Then, I tried creating a new account, scheduled two birthday orders in advance, and was informed the platform was broken the day of the birthday. Terrible app and awful customer service.

Cele mai de rahat servicii... comandă livrată greșit, băutură vărsată în pungă, 2 copii rămași nemâncați după 60 de minute de așteptat, 30 de minute de stat degeaba pe chat...

Katastrofa usluga i aplikacija. U jednoj od tri porudžbine se desi greška ili porudžbina kasni više od sat vremena. Agenti sa kojima se komunicira su katastrofa ili su botovi ili koriste skripovani tekst koji nema veze sa zahtevima o kojima pišete.
Dostavljali krajnje neprijatni,hrana kasni i dolazi hladna.

Overpriced even with wolt+. They are charging extra for delivery fees, service fees, bad weather fees, weight fees, bad air fees, traffic fees... You name it. You will be charged extra for everything you can think of. On top of that restaurants charge you extra.
Had an app error which caused my message to the restaurant to not be delivered. As a person with lots of allergies I always write a message to the restaurant. I have received my food with all the things I cannot have just to notice my message to the restaurant has not been sent. Called the restaurant, which told me to talk to the app support. The app support refunded me only half of the money.... this is awful..... I don't recommend them!
In bed with the SNS mafia. Underpays and abuses delivery workers, while reining in fat percentages. The app for their workers is abysmal, and often doesn't work correctly. Customer support is lazy and gaslights you. They regularly delay payments to their delivery guys, most of whom work 10-12 hours so they can survive. Stop ordering.

the order estimate was changed 20 min after placing the order and when the courier came late with the cold food, i left it at the door not to make smell as the kids fell asleep hungry, and the courier stole the food. and the support from wolt was 0. lost 37eur and went to bed hungry...
Was really good in Warsaw, but last few months have been awful. No rewards, missing orders and late deliveries. Final straw was yesterday where I had to cancel as the delivery was already 30 mins late and it hadn't been picked up by the courier. Was told by support that it couldn't be canceled and that I could eat it after I got home from work 4 hours later. I'm not eating something that's been outside for 5 hours...The funny thing is, an hour and a half later the restaurant canceled the order.
I don't understand the idea of deducting someone's money without a follow up whether the delivery been made and delivered or not...! + the waiting time...!
