It's not possible to register with a non local ID, it only accepts Portuguese numbers. I already have an account, but if I want to sign up after downloading the app, it gives me an error message when entering my foreign ID number, saying I need to enter a valid Portuguese ID number. Customer support stated it's intended functionality and only Portuguese users can sign up, which I find hard to believe.

No se puede anadir favoritos sin crear la cuenta. La app muy lenta en general, no hay seccion "nuevo". Realmente es una pena, porque los productos son muy buenos, pero para mirar 600articulos tardaba 1hora, la app volviendo cada vez al principio de la lista, muy frustrante. Cambio entre cada pantalla son minimo 2seguntos de espera, con cada entrada te pide informacion de la localizacion. De verdad es la peor app de ropa que vi. Los creadores deberian copiar a otras marcas que lo han hecho bien.

UX is terrible. Just scrolling through the list, when navigating to the detail view and coming back, the scroll position recovers after a while, and many times not on the correct one. Also, you should consider relocating the favourite button on the detail view. And yes, my internet connection is great, I am an Android developer myself, so I know for sure that can be done better. This app has the same problems than the Springfield one, and sadly that is the reason why I don't buy online there

App has many glitches. So it doesn't work well. Moreover it is very slow. Not acceptable as they are other similar apps.

Even less then 1 star.. doesnt let me log in..stating this email is incorrect by emails me back on the same email account.. updating of the appp..worsened the situation.. before it was just slow but now .. cant even log in ..whereas i was logged in before....👎👎

very slow app ...this problem it should been fixed years ago...otherwise the quality of the products is very high and for the price I think it's reasonable..

The app works fine for browsing, but doesn't let me log in, always says that my e-mail is invalid, and since I have an account with an associated club card it's really annoying. My e-mail does have a hífen, thank you for working on this.
