I selected beginners but it is toooooooo difficult for me to even try few exercises. I definitely can't do them so y even bother this app. my arms are weak and I feel like arms are the only parts focused here. I used another app till before day nd it felt it focused whole body. I'm going to delete it after 3 days of Use.
