I placed my order for the first time and in the notes I specifically said "Ring doorbell and hand it to me" I received a text saying that my food was delivered but I didn't receive it so I got in touch with customer service (a chat on their page) and nobody got back to me!! I am extremely upset because I tried looking into a phone number where I can talk to an actual person and there is no phone number available. I just lost almost 70.00 for nothing 😡😡😡
The service was good but the food was mid. Also I just read that Bain Capital and Nestle are major investors so I cannot support this app in good conscience.
Food is good but overpriced and not worth it unless they're doing a coupon promo. App is a laggy mess that is extremely prone to crashing. Ongoing problem for years, still not fixed. Newest version refuses to let me edit my default pickup location and keeps forcing me to pick up from farther away. The app gets worse with every update. April update: Wonder deletes my cart when I try to change pickup location in checkout. Down to 1 star.

App itself works okay but Wonder is just a chain of mediocre ghost kitchens - pretends to be many restaurants but is actually just one. Food is mediocre "Anywhere, USA" rest-stop level quality and their business is designed to eat up real local businesses. I ordered from Wonder twice using their 50% off offer they mailed us, and both times they were out of key ingredients across the menu(s) like lettuce, tomato, and salmon. Deleted my account and the app.
They may have $0 delivery fees but the food is always late and cold and they can only ever offer me $5 to use on my next order.
"Send code" isn't working so I'm not able to check out. Good idea for a food service app, though. I hope it works in the future.
It's nothing new It's the same absolutely terrible, awful, incompetent delivery drivers from grubhub/seamless. If you're looking for a new or better delivery experience, this isn't that at all.
They only deliver to selective addresses. The app does not give the options for pick up addresses. App freezes up.
the app will not let you browse for pickup orders without entering your home address. my address is out of delivery area so I get stuck in a loop.
2nd time driver delivered my order to neighbor's house. Got a text from driver, Robert, announcing his arrival. I look out my door and see his car at my neighbor's, so I holler and wave. Robert backed into a driveway, then left. Clearly, he texted me AFTER he gave my pizza to my neighbors teen boys who helped themselves. 2 slices gone. Pizza is cold and awful. Terrible crust. Will never order Wonder again. I've been on hold the entire time to talk to Wonder support. 15 min. Not cool.
Sent us a promo code. Met all conditions for promo code. App claims promo code isn't valid for my order. Uninstalling and never ordering from them, much less eating from their restaurants. Lying companies = health code violations.
App is giant mess. We're in 2026 how can an app be this bad and laggy? Food is pricey and everything is sold out all the time.
Listed me as "not in serviced area" when I've received food from a still-operating ghost kitchen 1.5 miles away in one of their bags.

slowly jacking up prices. shady business practices and weird shadow kitchen model. used for convenience at work and now is not worth the hassle after nearly upcharging 40%
misleading promos
I actually REALLY like the service, but there's one major flaw. It appears drivers are being given earlier arrival times than customers are. We have received apologies from drivers who weren't late, which I didn't think about until a driver contacted us to cancel out of doing our delivery. They saw a different arrival time than we did. She waited for our food for 30 minutes, thinking there's no way she would get it to us on time. I hope to see this fixed because otherwise it's a great app.
a bit confusing...I think it is the format
Great app. Just wanted to provide feedback. Why not have the Notification and the navigation bar areas on Android match the green splash screen? On the IOS app, the splash screen is all green. Also the navigation bar within the app should match the tab bar above it, which has tan color. Thank you.
