It seams impossible to cancel , NO SUPPORT at all. Plus its not adapted for your dog its a bunch of back to the basics. No fun and no improvement in a week...

I paid for the app threw Facebook.. it took the initial amount and then tried to charge me 3 more times but thank God I had already locked my card and now it is saying they can't even find an account for me so I can at least do the 4 weeks I paid for and nothing! I'm definitely better hear something soon or Imma flip

I never subscribed to anything on this site but I getting recurring charges in my bank account that I did not ok. I've tried to get ahold of this business but no one will call back . I'm reporting them to the BBB right now this is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS!! TRUE 100% RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!!!
Advertised as costing less than a trainer. Which isn't true
Just Don't!!!! So disappointed. Made a purchase for specific lessons(no time frame noted). Seemed reasonable. Completed the lessons. Revisited the site to access the paid for lessons. Apparently that triggered a trial subscription and a subscription at $48.95 a month. Contacted Woofz. Advised that "I" signed up for the trial and authorized the subscription. Nope. Will be disputing with my bank.
I paid and then offered more. options to purchase additional training material I don't want but can't pass on it. I want to cancel my subscription immediately

I paid for the trial. I cancelled it. Now, Woofz has attempted to charge me 4 entirely different amounts, all while telling me I will not be charged anymore, every single time. It's been cancelled. They tell me it's for a previous billing cycle. I have no previous billing cycle, and the charges are for $38, $31, $23, and now, $15. Why would you keep changing the amount, if I owe something specific? I owe nothing, and these charges are all fraudulent.
Tried the app and added my wife to manage our progress. Not very intuitive and hard to understand its function. After adding my wife she was charged another subscription, so we dont like that you have to chat for support. waste of money and time.
BEWARE...if you sign up for the "free" app, make sure you read the print. I signed up for the app thinking it was a month for $19.95. If I canceled, no big deal. I did cancel. I chose not to continue after the initial free trial, and I find out for the past 3 months, I have been being charged $99.95 a month for this app. There was no communication from the company saying they were going to charge me any money before it was done. I tried to use this app, it was not that helpful. Not worth the $
On an android device it doesnt work well. buttons at the bottom of the screen are not visible. if there is text at the bottom of the screen it is cut off.

not recommended! Can not explore app without putting in card details. Company debits your account when you have not subscribed. I downloaded once to explore, never subscribed, my account has been debited twice? I was refunded for the first debit then a month later im debited again and they are refusing to refund! Trying to keep me locked into a app i dont have or use. Back and forth emails! I encourage all who experienced this to make your banks aware and report all their social pages
terrible customer service. no way to access start date of program thru app so you can arrange to cancel before you get charged 5x more than initial trial. when you contact them they refuse any kind of refund, I requested the day it was charged, still pending in my bank but they refused just offered a longer subscription for free.......what a joke. STAY AWAY.....you can find this information for free online and use on your pet.

These people are hoping you forget to cancel. I went to cancel, by going to the manage my subscription tab, but I can't without customer support assistance. If I have an account, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO MANAGE IT BECAUSE I'M AN ADULT!!. aA AND IT SHOULD NOT MATTER IF I SIGNED UP THROUGH GOOGLE PLAY STORE INTERNET BROWSER PAYPAL MY DAMN ACCOUNT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT THROUGH MY ACCOUNT

this is an update and better rating since I have used it. My dog is no more trained than in the beginning. I used this app because it told me in the beginning that I could add someone else to my account. I had my wife in mind since we have a German Shepherd puppy. The app locked her out after two weeks. We have tried resetting it and nothing worked. I'm canceling this service since I feel we didn't get what we needed from this. This app may / may not help others but it didn't work out for us.
This would be a great app. But they have you answer questions about your dog, and then they tell you you need to subscribe. 3 day free trial then $7.99 a WEEK! It's just way to expensive, and no free option, apart from the trial. If they added a free option, and/or lowered the price it might get 4 stars.
Beware. You will get billed for things you didn't ask for and find it challenging to cancel. Avoid it.
