im not even subscribed to this app and have been charged a fee fir an app i dont have or even use? i downloaded once, did not subscribe and now have been charged months later?

the app stopped working and did not load any lessons. even upon contacting woofz they were unable to resolve. they also refused to refund the payment

When I open the app I only get a blank page. Uninstalling and reinstalling do not help
Suddenly got a $94 charge from this app. I did not sign up for an auto renew, but somehow there it was.
i knew better....! i never pay extra for stuff on apps but this time I thought I would try it. It's infuriating that even though I paid to get a personalized training program they still wanted more $ for additional info at every turn! Even paying almost $7 the info I got was worthless! it was basic training commands like sit, stay, etc. MY DOG ALREADY KNOWS HOW TO DO ALL THAT! Never any clear instructions on where to start or begin after that even. Totally disappointing!
difficult to cancel
i would advise against using their low.priced "trial" They will hit your bank with an almost $40 charge BEFORE your week is up. Fraudulent practices, for an app thats supposed to be "helping." I will be filing a complaint with the fcc and disputing the charge with my bank. I urge anyone else with a billing issue to do the same. fcc.gov/complaints

awful app. They lure you in with a "free trial" my week wasnt even over before they just randomly charged me 38.95. They wont issue a refund. How they stay in any kind of business is beyond me. BEWARE
0 stars. do not download trial because you will not be able to cancel after you are unhappy with the basic info they supply on this app
Beware if you cancel this!!! I cancelled this subscription 11 months ago. Rocket Money just showed me that I've been charged quarterly ever since. I will contact my credit card company to dispute.
Another obvious A.I. scam people keep falling for. Honestly at this point, if you fell for it, you deserved it. They dont even make their own ads. They pay a very shady media company in Cyprus to generate the low quality garbage ads. They will lie to you to steal your money. Edit. I repeat this is a scam and they will lie and attempt to steal your money.
I wouldn't recommend this app. It's just not worth it. You'd probably be just as well off asking Chat GPT for a training schedule for your dog and then setting alarm reminders on your phone. Not pleased with customer service. The value for the cost just isn't close to being there. If you end up paying for their subscription by accident, you won't get a refund under any circumstances. I think this is a deceptive practice.

Since the last update, my app won't even open
Very poor customer service-be especially careful with auto-renewals and the fine print. I was charged nearly $80 without using the service, and multiple attempts to resolve the issue via email were simply ignored.

signed up to download free puppy training last Dec 2024 ever used it & just realized I am still paying for it. I am located in So. California until the end of April 2026. I have attempted to find information on how to cancel my account on your web site. I have not found where I might be able to talk live, or a robot on line (AI) WHERE I can cancel the subscription. I want any account or connection to your system closed and removed from your site
Dont use this app. They dont inform of the charges for their app. No reminder of upcoming charges.Companies that trick users out of money not a smart business model.

don't know much about this app yet I'll be back though.
another dog training app that doesnt make it obvious that its a subscription although they state they do funny how its missed by many. The training tips are a bit hit and miss especially with problem behaviours. not used there experts so cant comment
