Awful experience with their "customer support". Had an issue with getting a voucher redeemed, contacted their CS to get it fixed. Voucher was supposedly to be redeemed as soon as the transaction is recorded on a linked bank account. Took several emails over the course of a few days for them to understand, only for them to decline paying out, bc that one account I linked "didn't have enough activity to be eligible". They do everything in their power to waste your time and not pay up.

Used it for a voucher. Get message could not be redeemed. Installed for nothing so removed it again
Watch out for saving with stock points, you can only pay/use stock points if you buy a complete stock. It doesn't work buying only a part of a stock, but they do advertise in the videos you can buy a part of a stock. Buying a part of a stock, this only works if you put in your own money, stock points cannot be used this way! This is really scammy I think!

Doesn't open
Creepy they want your bank transaction details and on top this, can't unsubscribe from their email. I have unsubscribed over 3 times but I keep receiving their unwanted emails. Wish I could give 0 stars or minus for using the private data of vulnerable people with lies. Remember: If you aren't paying, you are the product.

Scam! No way I am connecting my bank to an unknown app.... That already should ring a bell 🔔 to ppl.... PS. After unsubscribing from your heavy email storm.... you kept sending several emails/day (!), I had to use the block button.
Uploading receipts/ invoices doesn't work, looks like the app doesn't want/have permission.

They want you to spend, spend spend spend and keep telling you to keep buying, even when you don't have the finances to do that, or they block your rewards. Their customer service is awful! They either reply after several weeks or just don't bother at all. DO NOT fall for these scammers. THIS APP IS STILL A CON! I HATE IT!

I’m giving Woolsocks 1 star. They promised my friend a gift card - I shared the app, my friend registered, fulfilled all the conditions, and connected his bank account. Then he received a message saying they decided not to give him cashback because, in their opinion, he doesn’t use his card enough. This feels like a total scam and the worst kind of misleading advertising. I will never recommend this app to anyone.

logged in with the wrong account but cant change it. even after reinstalling it continues to use the wrong account without credit... Woolsocks has responded and it still doesn't work.
its not the first time when im not getting a cashback when i make a big purchase ,its really dissapointing especcially when i follow the rules.the clames are beeing rejected within few moments.the store cashback is also not beeing counted and getting a notification about missing cashback .jet i used my back account and everything was accorting to rules..biig big dissapointment...

Horrible app that makes false promises
terrible app, terrible people. If you choose to "round up and save by investing" what they dont tell you is that when you spend money with H&M (For example) the money gets rounded up to the nearest dollar euro amount and the difference is put into stocks (which in itself would be a great feature but here is the problem) you can only withdraw that money out into shares when you have a whole share to sell, meaning they are ALWAYS stealing money from you. If you are below a share cost goodbye money

Says "Sign up with your email account and the giftcard is completely yours!" Then you sign up and you suddenly have to give them permission to see all your bank info for 36 months 🤣 biggest scam I've seen holy sht insane that this type of advertising is even legal.
Desde hace meses va cada vez a peor, condiciones mas exigentes para que te den cashback y poca transparencia con las tarjetas regalo y sus condiciones puesto que cuesta mucho ver donde se encuentran dichas condiciones y aunque pienses que cumples todas te buscan ls vueltas para decirte que no las cumples y no te lo canjean. Hice una compra cumpliendolas y tenia una tarjeta regalo de mediamarkt de 10€ que nunca recibí. Estafa.
It doesn't support BOI credit card and Revolut pockets, which is where my transactions are, a bit useless for me unfortunately.

My cashback has stopped working. Contacted support, and they told me they blocked cash back because it doesn't use other services. That is illegal and clearly used to peessure users into joining. Scam warning.

Absolute frauds, i put in the effort to invite 2 friends for getting the 25.- voucher just for them to request the impossible and block my account from rewards. 100% scam.
Door fout in app, in de min. Klantenservice doet niks en reageert slecht. Lezen niet wat het probleem is. Begint leuk, maar als er iets mis gaat, kan je niks. belachelijk. edit: jullie zeggen dat het te maken heeft met cashback weigering, maar dit is niet zo. heeft te maken met omzetten van saldo naar stockpoints. Dit hebben jullie eindelijk vandaag na 10 mails bij de klantenservice door.

Beware Scam! things to know before installing this app: 1) you must connect one of your bank accounts and they have access to ALL of your information. 2) cashback is not instant and when you try to complain that your cashback hasn't reached your account they accuse you of not using the connected account and potentially taking up to 7 months in returning the cashback. 3) out of no where if you complain in regards to the cashback they lower the amount they owe you with no explanation.
Op een willekeurige dag stopte de cashback pagina met werken. Maand lopen mailen met technical support maar nog steeds niet gerepareerd. Erg jammer want ik gebruikte het eerst veel.
Minimum withdrawal of €2.50 but after accumulating some cashback about €2.40 it didn't accumulate any after any purchase from the connected bank account for a month. Its just a waste. And they said maybe I reach the monthly limit. Its 2 months already and my earning still €2.40 how can you say that I reach my limit for the month when I didnt accumulate any for 2 months? Or maybe I already reach my yearly limit. Funny waste app.
Bad application, at first they give you money but after a while everything stops even though I buy through the app but I haven't received any money for months and I can't delete my account because my balance is negative I wanted to pay my balance which is about 20 € but the app told me that I have 30 € waiting for approval even though the money claim is within a month and everything has been stopped for more than a month and technical support is not helpful. Advice don't waste your time..
shady practice
STAY AWAY from this app, it is a SCAM. Once you get your cashback it shows the balance in the app. If you then request to pay out the balance to your bank account it will NEVER transfer.
Used to be great before Woolsocks took over. These people do everything they can to make you believe you can buy free or discounted products but then refuse to accept your receipt or pay them out. They're impossible to contact and if they reply, they reply with a standard useless auto reply. Go with CashbackXL and Tikkie instead.
Very disappointed with the customer support experience. The app refused to grant me the cashback I had clearly earned, and support repeatedly blamed user error instead of genuinely addressing the issue. Not worth using an app where earned benefits can be arbitrarily denied and support is unhelpful when problems arise.

PayPal Connection is not working. do you have a plan for fix? at the moment it can't connect to PayPal. after login to PayPal, always connection is lost.
