Today address changed again to an old address, baffling, as that address was deleted from my woolworths account about 4 years ago. Cant add product reviews despite following site instructions, cant leave feedback on site, says server error, constantly.

No sharing of lists between users. Now that 2-step verification is being introduced, this makes it harder to coordinate shopping. Come on Woolworths, Coles allows you to share lists. Update (26/4/2026): over 4 years later, still no sharing of lists between people. might be time to ditch Woolies for an easier shopping experience.
doesn't work. it says "Network Error" every single time i try to load anything on the app. yet I get all the notifications that come with the app letting me know when my regularly purchased items through everyday rewards are on special... very frustrated. and dont tell me to delete and reinstall, ive done that 3 times.

You would think the website for say frozen meals would tell you NOT ABOUT THE PRICES, but when half price, 30% off etc would start and end like previously, but no it doesn't anymore and shoppers have to guess and I say the app and catalogue would be the same? PS Like those at Woolworths Everyday, Woolworths staff is quick to respond which means they failed to read feedback.
The map overlay of locations in the Vermont Melbourne store is wrong. It constantly shows product location pins outside the map. It is not the GPS on the device either as it shows my location correctly. There is an issue with overlaying product locations on the map.

I will be trying Cole's again. Maybe they got better. As someone who doesn't drive I've been using Woolies online since COVID. This app has only started bugging out majorly this year. It's so frustrating.

SORT YOUR APPS WOOLWORTHS!!! I have tried unsuccessfully about 30 times to link my rewards card over the last year and have never been able to. I get the same message everytime "we are having trouble connecting to the rewards server" and to retry.... come on... not good enough.
You made it pretty difficult to update my details, all I wanted to know was if the item is in my area
UI is very poor. Too many layers to find the right settings for store location, pick up delivery etc. Design is more focused for purchase than ease of use.
A lot of issues in general, but came here specifically after seeing ads on your app now. Not even surprised anymore.
in-app "feedback" button directs to website help section where u have to click feedback there which directs you to the app to give feedback but spoiler "internal error try again later" feedback: lists should be shareable so i can setup a shopping list for friends/family to also use in their own acc
No available delivery times means the app is useless. Delivery times diplayed a week ahead and not one available. 4.48 am now as I got up early to check so either final day of week not coming up or no delivery available. Either way make app useless
what happened to the add to cart button? bring it back please, having extra clicks and scrolling thru a list of lists to find ur cart to add it to doesnt make for great User experience
My delivery was originally scheduled for 4:00 PM, but the time kept getting pushed back again and again. By 8:40 PM, nothing had arrived. I tried calling multiple times, but instead of speaking to a real person, I was forced to waste my time dealing with useless AI chat. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was given an estimated $64 even though I had been charged $72. Completely unacceptable. I ended up with no delivery

Massive problems with recent deliveries. Items forgotten. Most recent order, the app said the order was running late and hadn't been delivered yet. It turns out the driver dumped and ran (most likely) hours ago. Frozen food ruined. Some fridge items very warm and not safe to eat. Disgusting service levels.

app hasn't been working properly for over a week. Have reinstalled multiple times, restarted phone multiple times. Doesn't load cart or delivery times just says server error try again. Have contacted woolworths for help last week. Tried to load the website on a computer but that wouldn't even load the site properly and couldn't use it either?
I'm not impressed with shopping online, twice now that I've shopped online, my fridge items have not been delivered to me. though recently every i click on the app to go into shopping it freezes up and I don't know why, it doesn't have an update and it just won't load up. so I'm not impressed with anything at the moment.
I bought 4 bags ,2 kilos of Woolworths self-rising flour for making bread, I tried several boxes but my bread didn't rise. self raising flour unbleached and triple sifted but it's not rising, there's no yeast in it. Are you deceiving people? You're not putting yeast in it.😡 Woolworths brands are low quality and too expensive; you're ripping people off by offering $10 credit every 2000 points, I'm going to shopping groceries from ALDI or Costco

online shopping is very frustrating. you won't get what you are looking for or get what you paid for. Any help on the app from Olive is no help. waiting for a person you will be waiting a very long time. usually if I want to return something before I pick up my order, it won't happen and that's the consequences. since last review meat and vegetables have been rotten and sold in date on multiple occasions, I'm not well and have been in hospital on multiple occasions with bowel disease problems
The buy again list is more of a promotion screen. Something I purchased once is there but things I buy 2x a week are missing. Make it better.
I have had a WW Sim for yrs n loved it. BUT beware because my Sim was recently hacked n a demand was made for $2,450 I am currently waiting for a diff Sim to connect & then say bye bye to WW $25 THIS IS EXTREMELY FRIGHTENING ...BEWARE!!
