the push for their marketplace items is so so annoying. You are a physical supermarket, I'm trying to buy groceries, what are we even doing here? You can't even filter them out, its insanity. edit: Hey, maybe before making a suggestion actually make sure that its possible, there is no marketplace toggle in any of the filter categories.

When I search for a product the bottom half of the app is not visible. It's as if there's a white box blocking the bottom half of the page leaving me with just the top half to view product results.
The "In Stock" filter doesn't work it still shows 'out of stock products, which makes browsing pointless. Do your job useless bunch of idiots, focus on fixing core functionality before adding new features. And now we can enjoy complementary ADS!!! Nice one.
Dishonest and ungenuine. they take your money for promised discounts then hide your ability to use the coupon codes. They regularly forget to give full order then you end up having to go into the shops anyway. Probs a part of their scams. i was even promised a credit once for the inconvenience. still waiting for that one 6+ months on. Taking advantage of your customers only gets you so much extra woolies untill you have none left. probs why its called everyday extra.
Removed Scan and Go App use in stores. Should have supported both app and tablet.

stopped running on my phone and wont let me re download.. says bot compatible. but i have s25 ultra. edit to update.. the issue is,still there.. this response was for show.. i sent it all.. and got no response.
they started "pasting from my clipboard". there is no app permission allowing this or to stop it. uninstalling. In response to comment: there is no such setting and my kaspersky clearly tells me your app "pasted from my clipboard" and that's on opening the app, not trying to type anything. Kaspersky let's users know when apps paste from their clipboard it is a security feature. only one other app has done this and it was a Chinese game. there's no need for woolworths to check my clipboard ever.
Doesn't work while using VPN. Won't let you change your password if your default browser is Firefox or Firefox Focus.
Update on previous review. I want to use My List as basis for every delivery; by adjusting quantity to zero as necessary. Currently WOW says I have existing purchase list (?) and I can't delete it or pick up My List to set up delivery request. Still frustrated.
started this thread 1/3/23 & as of 1/6/26 this app has slightly improved in speed but is still really slow to sort categories & display the price. ww should take some of the money gouged from us punters & buy a new PC or hire someone at head office to pedal faster. basically it's just another colesworth meh app.
2 hours for customer support replies on matters that need attention at a point in time. Also, stock never available regardless of what the app says

Doesn't load an existing account with correct credentials. The account works perfectly from the web interface.
Where do you put the promo code? I shouldn't have to bend backwards to find this info. Also, why are there adds on this app? Don't you have enough profits as it is?
Horrible app really hit and miss in whether it will log you in or not. Then if you do login after building a big shop the payment details don't work. I've had multiple issues with this app have uninstalled

The map overlay of locations in the Vermont Melbourne store is wrong. It constantly shows product location pins outside the map. It is not the GPS on the device either as it shows my location correctly. There is an issue with overlaying product locations on the map. Edit: I've emailed your support team a bug report with all the required details and screenshots.
Their "delivery now" estimates to 2 and a half hours later
This app has no practical use. I have never had a satisfactory time using this app. Either it takes too long to load a list in store, has inaccurate locations for products, wrong prices, or it will say that a product is in stock when the shelf is empty at 9am. You can get more done with a notebook and a pen!
Doesn't log in. The log in button opens a browser window for logging in, but once you log in in that browser window it the app itself never logs in.
There are not enough words for how much I hate this app. GUESS WHAT THERE'S A BRAND NEW STUPID BUG. I wanted to use my 10% voucher for my most recent order but it WOULDN'T LET ME I tried a bunch of different things including restarting my phone, stopping the app, I didn't want to lose my order timeslot so I've ordered anyway. I used my $10 extra money, and then I could not undo this, and could no longer add a voucher code to use my 10% Why are you hiring such USELESS developers for your app.
absolutely incompetent at picking orders and if that part is successful the drivers are usually spending more time talking loudly on their Bluetooth headsets to concentrate on the simple task of delivering the correct bags of groceries. There is almost always something missing and occasionally whole bags are missing. On occasion I'll receive someone else's groceries. absolutely terrible service.
absolutely worst shopping experience ever, they dont have functioning chat support to resolve issues their app creates either. Total waste of time trying to interact with them
why do I need to activate the boosted points. If I buy something that's a part of a promotion, it should apply itself. I just bought a weeks worth of groceries and discovered there were 3x points on your shop for the next week. but that didn't apply to my shop because I didn't hit boost.
i try to login keeps telling me wrong email or password, though sent me the code to my mobile. than goes to an error has occurd to contact support with 1800 number. i can login in on other device with no problem. sends me the security login code to my mobile so obvisouly my details are correct.

Would not show option to add selected items to cart, only to lists. Fixedfter update but now delivery address changes itself. I had not changed address, didnt need to confirm before checkout so shopping was delivered elsewhere. Today address changed again to an old address, baffling, as that address was deleted from my woolworths account about 4 years ago. Cant add product reviews despite following site instructions, cant leave feedback on site, says server error, constantly.

No sharing of lists between users. Now that 2-step verification is being introduced, this makes it harder to coordinate shopping. Come on Woolworths, Coles allows you to share lists. Update (26/4/2026): over 4 years later, still no sharing of lists between people. might be time to ditch Woolies for an easier shopping experience.
doesn't work. it says "Network Error" every single time i try to load anything on the app. yet I get all the notifications that come with the app letting me know when my regularly purchased items through everyday rewards are on special... very frustrated. and dont tell me to delete and reinstall, ive done that 3 times.

You would think the website for say frozen meals would tell you NOT ABOUT THE PRICES, but when half price, 30% off etc would start and end like previously, but no it doesn't anymore and shoppers have to guess and I say the app and catalogue would be the same? PS Like those at Woolworths Everyday, Woolworths staff is quick to respond which means they failed to read feedback.

The search and past shop history are pretty badly broken. Shops from other users get added to your history and pollutes your suggestions with things you would never buy. The search is so broken you are more likely to get garden ornaments from the Woolworths market place than actual food. You search for Provolone, a popular type of cheese and get suggested razors.
Cannot log in when Firefox Focus is default browser (says "Not found" after password). Presumably that means the login page contains trackers. Also, it is annoying that products are marked as unavailable and can't be added to cart just because they aren't available at the time you order even if they would be available at your pickup time eg next day. They should still be able to be added to cart if they've been in stock recently eg in last 24 hours. These problems mar an otherwise decent app.
