Fix it please! This is a 5-star game. I quickly paid to get rid of ads. I like that it isn't overly easy. Too many games seem designed for little kids, even when they aren't. So why the 1-star? For several weeks, I no longer receive new hints when I complete 15 puzzles, when I've won tournaments, or come in the top 3 when prizes are given. It shows I've been awarded 1 hint, 1 hint + a magnifying glass, and 2 hints + a magnifying glass, yet they don't show up in my count. It stays stuck at 1.

I even sent them a copy of the receipt showing that I had paid for no ads and after several days of emails they responded that basically, they don't care. They also refuse some groups until you use your helps, THEN approve what you had in there in the 1st place

I just started today. Looks interesting. After a few days I found it not interesting. The Ads are killing this game. The 98 days daily challenge cannot be solved and none of Ads are loading to get hints. There's no option to contact support directly. Level 33 is also stuck. Basically I can't play the game anymore. Sad that I have to uninstall it .

absolutely too many ads breaking in during the level you are playing. They need to show ads at the end of the level.
game keeps locking up if I even go for 5 minutes between playing. as soon as I make my first move it freezes and I have to force stop it. then as soon as I make my first set it goes straight to ads. Getting pretty frustrating and not far from removing the app. not worth all the trouble

This game has way too many ads.
I could have enjoyed this game, but because of the ad breaks in the middle of play I can only give it a two star. star. I don't have the patience to wait on and after add. it's my time and I'm not going to spend it. waiting on an ad.
Great word game but spoiled by ads that lasted too long with no way to by-pass it. Had to delete game.
Too many adverts - Not enough gametime. The game itself isn't bad, but the amount of advertising content outweighs the game time, in my opinion. For that reason, it is not enjoyable at all. I have uninstalled now. 😞👎
I realize its free but a ridiculous amount of ads. the game is good but not worth it to have more ad time than play time
good game but the game will lock up in the middle of the game and you can't select anything. the game becomes unresponsive very quickly. i am very close to uninstalling it.
Good game but not with ads in the middle of a round. Between levels I accept but not like this.
I played through level 40 and did the daily challenges. For one thing, the ads are beginning to fristrate me. Secondly, many of the categories and words for the categories make no sense. For example, the category was Hats, and one of the words was Cowboy; a "Cowboy" isn't a hat . . . a "Cowboy Hat" is a hat, and I find many of the connections like this are unreasonable.
It's a great game but the number of so-called ad breaks is beyond annoying. I understand the need for ads but having them mid game is going to cause me to delete it. Ads between rounds is fine, mid game not so much.
