Your app is way beyond idiotic. It takes weigh too many steps to clock in or clock out. I guess it keeps track of the manual injuries properly. I'm assuming whoever I need to deal with the company to use this app.Get so because you are cheap and you should be cheap.Because it sucks

I am activity using it and I get logged out saying my session expired.
you can't just stay logged in you have to remember your employer info and the stupid username they give you everytime and you have to verify the phone everytime the portal is over complicated

it is one of the worst apps I ever use in my entire life!! it is so frustrating is constantly on a loop half of the time works. and all this is with the Wi-Fi or without.
Trash, works half the time, and then the other half it simply refuses to do anything. Login issues abounds, constantly slow, and processes at terrible speeds.

the worst experience ive ever encountered for an application..
The app has never let me fully log in. Once I get pass the password log in screen it just stops. No kicking me out. Not froze, just a blank screen with the settings option.
i wanted to do ONE simple thing (download my payroll) and it says only on desktop because ...(rest of the error message hidden and impossible to read)... what an amateur app...
Horrible login experience. The app just keeps getting progressively worse with every single update. It logs you out in less than 15 mins. The remember this device option is absolutely garbage. It asks you to remember the device after every single log in. It's incredibly frustrating when you use this for time management at work and have to log in and log out multiple times and the fingerprint option just refuses to work. In this day and age why not just get AI to make an app that actually works?
I get paid tomorrow, but no new pay slip info until after I receive my pay, been like that for a few months now. so frustrating

Good if this was user friendly, which its not. Constantly getting logged out due to password expiring. Then everytime I try log back in constant issues with usernames and passwords etc. Really frustrating app, when all you wanna do is check your pay. This is an app could be really good and helpful but everytime I use it and I just get constant issues. If my work didnt use this app for payments/holidays there is no way I'd keep using this app.

App is super slow and I can only view my schedule through a roundabout way. The schedule button on the home page just straight up doesn't work. Also super annoying that I can't just use biometrics to log in and have to type it EVERY TIME. Also also LET ME SCREENSHOT THE APP
Could Not Figure It Out !
every time I try to log on the server crashes be an app worker on my private device haven't been able to see the schedule in 2 and 1/2 months
Still the worst app! Junk. Constant password changes, once every two weeks. Makes it time-consuming and chaotic to keep track of. App refuses to work properly on new android S24 operating systems, even after multiple reinstalls and updates. Emails sent with verification codes with every sign-in. If an email account information is stolen, it makes it very obvious to a thief where that individuals' paychecks and personal information are stored. All in all, it's a bad idea and even worse execution.

If there's any time at all between logging in, it makes you reverify and make new passwords , it's pain in the tail
should not need to re-verify so often. many users struggle getting it set up so many times

why offer biometrics or the option to remember a device if I still have to fully log in every time? my bank apps arent that protected (derogatory)
This app was good for about two months. Then one day it wouldn't load and hasn't loaded ever since.
