Worst app ever, does not work, steer clear at all costs
useless.. I've been told my app isn't the latest version.. but nowhere can I find another. nothing but issues since switching to tanda.
Constant issues with not being about to log in. All permissions granted but app says no camera or location permission. Nightmare app for work.
Every time they do an update something does not work. push notifications do not work. Roster times in the team roster are incorrect. You contact them and say nothing is wrong.
this app is working against the the employee's what are we to do with 4 hours lunch it's the time that we could have utilised at home for our personal things not good it's not fair

Horrible experience with the built in messenger. Very difficult to send a picture to a group chat, the app randomly sends me to the most recent announcement from my manager when I try navigating. Very slow. Our company's old app Homebase was much, MUCH better than this!
for some reason whenever I try to open the app now it just says webpage can't be loaded and it makes it inbleavebly hard to check my schedule

The app always has technical issues with loading. ADP is a way better app.
designed to serve employers & not protect employees or their rights. managers can change your actual logged times on your timesheets, after you've clocked in/out, WITHOUT your knowledge & without receiving any sort of notification. 2 mins here, 5 mins there, I did the math & I've worked the equivalent of 4 shifts, UNPAID across last year, because my managers had been shaving off my times daily & I didn't receive a single notification, because it's a feature employers only have control over.

Both the app and the website are awful to use. There are constant loading issues with shifts and forms. Staff who should be able to apply for vacant shifts can't see them for no apparent reason. Requiring autosave on every check box on every form is abysmal and makes them take far too long. Timesheets also cause frustration with people's pay often being wrong or bugs causing it to not display at all. Everyday I curse out my company for switching to this when our old system was so much better.
might only be me but after i work 2 shifts of 5.5h it doesnt say 11h/25h but says 10h

Had to download this app for work. My phone now dies on me regularly with battery drain after installing this app and fails to update.
can't login. tried to click the forgot password and the email link didn't work for login. also tried to reset password, supposed I shall receive an email to reset and nothing coming. been trying to login all day in a different period. not successful. pls check the login system.

Developer need to put there attention on this apps issues asap.I have only just come back to this app and in the past it was great ,now what happened to it .I can see why it has alot of 1 star reviews. Technically I would rather give it 0 stars because I can't see my roster and Developer don't care
Slow and useless
Ridiculous. This app will load the first page. but, will not show the upcoming schedules, or anything I click on from that page. I need to use it for work, and it's really a waste.
This app is frustrating so many things do not work on it.
I'm really tired not being able to edit my "start break" and "end break" times after the clock in app makes punching in and out feel like insanity with how it asks you to "end break" at the end of the day when you already clocked back in. 😠😠

no notifications on android and no sound with the notification on ios
rating 1 star because 0 is not allowed. it won't let me log in so I can't change my availability. the help desk don't seem to care at all. this is costing me hours at work, and there's nothing I can do until tech support decides it can be bothered, or my employer finds a better ap.
keeps changing my profile after I already set one. I am not happy having a random clock in/out pic as my profile pic

Can't login, just resets the login screen.
can you please fix your app it won't allow me to access my roster. I open the app, the reload animation breaks, it puts me on the main menu. I click on roster, it breaks again, but it doesn't load anything and just exits the app. Running oneui6
This app is basically useless, even for simple tasks such as rostering it constantly crashes/freezes. The live feed for staff clock in/out is hidden so many clocks from the main screen it's now a maze trying to find it. About to pull the pin on using Tanda once and for all soon.
It sucks. Look elsewhere for a time management app. This will give you a migraine getting it to work properly.
this app is a complete let down and a waste of time. it boots you out of your own account, then won't allow you to sign back in. the 'can't log in' function doesent work either. considering this app is responsible for ensuring i am paid correctly, I feel that it is well below an acceptable standard. we have several employees in my workplace with the same problem. Extremely frustrating.
Horrible outdated app can't auto sync with phone calendar. If the company I work at is not forcing everyone to use this app, I'd rather use other app like Dayforce. And stop asking about how my shift was. The last thing I want to do after finish my work is being asked about my work and spend more time thinking about the work.

God awful software, always being logged out.
It doesn't work it won't load.
Too many issues. Worst issue: Time off area is preventing people from EASILY using pto or using it at all.
This app has booted my whole team off it, and now we can't get back in.
Notifications of available shifts only works on iPhones, please add them in the android app as well since it affects us directly 😡
