I have never seen a job portal where candidates are so frequently misled. Companies post one job role, but when candidates apply or attend interviews, they are offered an entirely different position. This is highly unprofessional and a complete waste of a candidate's time and effort. Candidates deserve transparency, respect, and opportunities that match their qualifications-not false promises and last-minute role changes.
