designed by idiots. forces you to give your membership number in addition to your email/password but when you click "forgot member number" or whenever it just sends you a password reset email WITH NO LINK. absolutely unusable.

Very difficult as the apps only allowed 1 room per reservation. I'm now staying with Hyatt and the staff here is sharing the same issue which should have been highlighted to the Hyatt Group. I have to cancel my reservation via the apps in order for me to get 2 rooms under the same reservation which is super annoying. Countless email to the other Hyatt in Malaysia returned zero reply. I tried using the helpline from the apps but the avergae waiting time is 15mins. Waste of time via this apps

But even doing this unable to conveniently check out anymore. Wish whatever was changed was changed back!

Please add a tablet layout for foldable devices. Foldables are in their sixth generation and need to be supported properly instead of giving us a stretched out app with poor usage of space. Please add Dark Mode support. This has been a feature in Android since version 9.0......... We're going into version 15 of Android and we still don't have this feature support from you guys. It's unacceptable. No one wants to look at all this blinding white in 2026.

My only criticism of the app is that they need to provide more pics and details of the rooms. I see suites for $2,000 a night in some locations and they only provide 2 pictures. This review is 6 years old. Hyatt replied in 2023 promising improvements. Still ZERO improvement on profiling their rooms. This is pure laziness on Hyatt's part. Hyatt members are doing Hyatt's job for them, making videos on YouTube. Hyatt doesn't deserve this kind of loyalty. Dropped from 4 stars to 2. Do better, Hyatt.
