Terrible experience. Lots of times the system is not working, asking to login again and again. Unfortunately it is the only streaming I can watch my queens, or else, I would cancel it very fast. Now, for example, I wanted to watch, but I cannot because it is not working!

Pls. Refund. I was charged through autodebit 2 days before my prevoius subscription expired. I was planning to unsubscribe today but once my account was funded, they deducted it right away. I havent used the app for a few weeks now or almost a month.
really annoying to use when you want to view your recently watched. a lot of times it disappears, and even if you click the season it will start the episode over

i never got a problem with my subscription coz it automatically charged my credit card not until i can wnt watch season 18. its hard to look for their contact. Common the subscription isnt cheap!

it wasn't a good app to begin with but now is even worst. After paying my subscription via Google pay for some reason it doesn't recognize that I am subscribed. Gonna have to request a refund.
keeps saying im not subscribed and to 'register my subscription' did this all the way through watching an episode and now Google is saying they'll refund me if I dont log in in 3 days. this is clearly a new bug but there's no way to contact other than this. dont mind if Google refund me after ive watched tbh.
after subscribing it keeps on showing you have to subscribe for content. It's so irritating after some point. you keep on have to log in and log out.
I have lodged a complaint and nobody has even responded. This app keeps asking me tk complete registration and when I'm done, the videos are still locked. Why is this app so buggy?

Absolutely terrible... Paid subscription... Every time I log in it asks me to renew subscription... Will be cancelling my subscription immediately.... Truly disappointing

So I can't even watch the original US Rupaul's Drag Race because I'm in Australia, which is exactly the OPPOSITE if what is CONSTANTLY advertised on the WOW+ YouTube and all their other advertising channels? Ridiculous.

The overall experience has been a decent one, however bringing in the ads has turned me off a little. I know those shows are on the app so I don't really need two ads popping up before I watch something. Seems redundant and just something to annoy the viewer. Edit: downgraded my 4 stars to 2 stars because more often than not it tells me it can't play the video.

first you started using AI subtitles (rendering them completely nonsensical more often than not) and now they just aren't available at all with Chromecast. why do I bother paying for this service again?
The closed captions on the UK series are horrible. A huge number of the words are just completely incorrect.

can yall PLEASE fix the issue of the phone screen falling asleep when using picture in picture mode? it literally only happens with this app and its so annoying.
The app is rather poor to be honest. I purchased a subscription and the app didn't recognise it, was difficult to troubleshoot the issue. Considering this is just for watching Drag Race, it's kinda shocking that there's no option to watch untucked along with the main series. It's a hassle to constantly go between the different shows. Downloads sometimes don't work and say waiting for wifi despite being connected to wifi.

This is a review of the App experience not the shade on the content. eve. after paying and subscribing. its not given me access to the content. even if it will eventually come, its not an acceptable experience.

The one issue with this app is that it will not cast/share to my TV, it used to but I haven't been abke to do it for 2 or 3 years now which is disappointing. Otherwise, a great app.
The app will not play to the television.
video playback is constantly stopping and saying it can't play. when told to contact support for this, there is nowhere to report. it's getting really frustrating to constantly close the app, check my connection (which is never the issue), and then start everything all over again just to have to do the same thing after another episode.
Great price 👍 But you never tell your customers when shows are on and what time in their country Disappointed 😞
