too much rubbish on the site trying to sell things you don't want when all you want to do is book a hotel.
Really poor, item was a fraction of the size advertised. I could have bought from plenty of highstreet shops for less. You buy a voucher, then exchange this for the items. So as soon as wowcher send you the voucher their part of the deal is complete. It completely wipes out your consumer protection that you have purchasing conventionally. Look into it, my point is correct, it's smoke and mirrors. App deleted.

do not purchase a holiday from wowcher unless you're prepared to pay double the advertised price, changed destination and dates after booking time off work and also having to chase them repeatedly via calls and messages for an update/confirmation!

I don't want to download the app on order to redeem my voucher! why was the information not sent to my email! instead got a load of spam emails about VIP and other deals that I definitely don't want!
code for item was invalid after jumping through 20 hoops, support is useless.
ordered items from wiwcher 40 pound out of pocket for retro games control
doesn't follow through on deals and instead of refunding you properly will give you useless wallet credit that you cant use because they won't actually send you what you're buying. the only customer support they have is through WhatsApp which reeks of scam behaviour avoid at all costs, I'd rather pay double to guarantee getting what I'm paying for and actual customer service when it goes wrong
Don't be surprised if you receive fake goods from sellers using Wowcher. I've read on Chat forums of others receiving fake goods too. Wowcher won't cover the return of fake goods either. If you're in Ireland then the return of goods to the UK by yourself incurs more cost than just delivery due to Britain not being within the EU.
I'm afraid my view of Wowcher has changed immensely since my experiences over Christmas and beyond. I had ordered 3 drying cabinets as gifts for Christmas however they never arrived. My money was taken though, along with money for calendar gifts X3 @ £14.99. Despite the money leaving my bank for these calendars that I had NEVER ordered I didn't even receive those either . I tried many times to get in touch only to be told that the only way was WhatsApp. I'm out of space !!!!😡😡😡 PLEASE RING ME
just so ridiculous. always having to subscribe and download and then overload with information and notifications. just too much
When trying to redeem my preferred date it was not showing available nor were there any alternative dates unless I could travel in the next 2 days. I now have to wait to be (hopefully) fully reimbursed. I cannot purchase anything else till my refund is approved. Annoyingly I would not have made the purchase if the dates were not available but the website clearly identified my chosen dates and many alternatives were when in fact they were not! I feel extorted out of my money waiting for refund

Stressful ! i bought voucher for expressvpn worth 24pounds. The code came with instructions saying go to given url and add voucher when prompted. When I click the url, it says 404 error. Then I tried redeeming the code directly from expressvpn site but there its saying code is not active. i have written twice to wowcher since yesterday but no response yet. i am feeling like a fool who gave £24 of hard earned money to wowcher charity. I really request wowcher team to look into this on priority
