Then I tried redeeming the code directly from expressvpn site but there its saying code is not active. i have written twice to wowcher since yesterday but no response yet. i am feeling like a fool who gave £24 of hard earned money to wowcher charity. I really request wowcher team to look into this on priority

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Horrible. I paid £117 for a spa voucher, contacted the hotel and they're fully booked. the voucher expires next Thursday and I can't get a refund. no one is available to talk to. I went to their WhatsApp business chat like they suggested and Wowcher just totally ignored us. I warn everyone. Do not buy from them.
horrible platform. im sure like most people who download this app i was forced to download it to use the voucher i bought in a browser. now obviously uninstalling it. just like the browser version it is full of ads and attempts to sell you additional stuff. hope to never need to use wowcher ever again.
stop sending me stuff by email I'm not interested. if you don't I will contact the police
Another pointless app... I was made to download this app to redeem a voucher. why? Because... it seems no reason. This could be easily just be part of the website. Already deleted this app

Spammy. I bought a Wowcher on my laptop and they make me install an app on my phone to redeem it. No ta.
awful experience i didn't know (as it was hidden behind the deals and not made clear) that I wasn’t buying the item outright. When I realized this, my purchased deal had run out, and I lost £20 (£10 deal and £10 vip or whatever it was i didn't knowi had agreed to). I went on the app and canceled my account but have just been charged £10. After reading the small print that not many of us do I find it have to write to them to cancel, so letter on it's way. £30 for nothing but stress
beware, this app sells counterfeit and imitation products.
instead of displaying the price they inflate it and write 90 percent off and use childish gimmicks. stay away.
Cannot buy! I do not have a mobile phone so cannot scan the code! Only found this out after buying! Will never use Wowcher again!
Can you give Zero stars? UNINSTALL NOW.. fell into the trap of making a purchase. it's been months and they don't care about your experience. customer service that is laughable - or it would make you mad a lowlight; they check up on your experience, then when you complain they say; please allow time for merchant to reply. then when it's not resolved they get back in touch to see if your happy. you complain. they say; please give merchant time to reply. this has happened half a dozen times
I booked a 2night stay and received confirmation of my booking and wowcher took payment then they sent me a text saying the dates was no longer available it has caused do much upset will never use them again
got the 20£ offer just to see...and I got one item...this is the worse...got a speaker that is dont even need...I expect a box to unpack...not one item.
WOWCHER SELL PIRATED SOFTWARE. I just purchased CorelDraw 2025 and received a link to a DROPBOX (!!!) account and then instructions to DISABLE any anti-virus and windows defender. WOWCHER MUST BE A SCAM SITE TO ALLW SALES OF PIRATED SOFTWARE including CorelDraw, Microsoft Office, Photoshop etc
1 star only because zero isn't possible, can't navigate app because of all the advertisements. Can't rate in app because it leads you in circles through dozens of ads. The app is terrible not designed to be helpful to anyone other than the advertisers.
Terrible buying process; bombarded with add ons that need deselecting or you end up with a huge bill. Stated postage of goods DID NOT make clear that the goods would take over a month to arrive until after paying for the "voucher" - or pay more and have the goods 1-2 business days. £4.99 postage stated pre purchase but not mentioned this would not be delivered until the end of April 26 until after the voucher was paid Shady practices from start to finish to buy something simple Caveat Emptor.
AVOID buying anything from them. I ordered a mattress and it didnt turn up i have tryed to contact Wowcher everyday possible with no joy. They do not respond to messages. If I could give no stars I would only I had to hit one to be able to post this comment.
pop up means I can't redeem my voucher. app doesn't let me click any buttons
Wouldn't let me redeem a voucher until I had downloaded the app, which I didn't want. Had to download it, reddem and then delete it utter waste of time. Actually made sure I don't come back to use wowcher again.
keep getting messages saying I have £50 free to spend, but when you click on it its only 10% off up to £5 maximum, false advertising
