not good anymore 😔 i am user for more than 3 years and I believe the app was great. but not anymore, connections to trading 212 and nest pension were lost, connections to Barclays mortgage lost as well and then I realised that I need to process all the transactions myself. the only good thing that I.AM using is the export of data from the daily transactions and the networth . please Improve or this app won't survive

Constant issues connecting to banks so the information is inaccurate, out of date and slow to upload. Absolute waste of time. Can't believe I paid for the privilege.

I've had the same experience as others. All was working perfectly when it was MoneyHub. Then the WPS takeover occurred and everything started breaking. Numerous tickets raised and no resolution. Steer clear. UPDATED following public response below... This exemplifies the issue! It was working very well and then the merger led to lots of stuff breaking for me and other users. The response is a total lack of accountability or explanation: "it's third parties' fault" No it's not.

Migrating from Moneyhub was a mistake. The WPS app hardly ever loads, seems like they haven't scaled up to deal with new users. When I eventually get into the app, I cant reconnect expired connections. Support seems non existent, whereas Moneyhub had an answer within hours. Wish I could move back to Moneyhub until the end of migration!

I had a MoneyHub subscription, it was a great app. The move to LifeStage was easy, but the app has been a complete disappointment. Constant difficulties logging in, or loading data. And the most frustrating - having to reconnect and resync bank connections every time I use the app!! Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Disappointed since migrating from Moneyhub. Can no longer connect some of my accounts, no response to multiple messages regarding this (Moneyhub had previously responded within 24 hours on more than one occasion about other matters). The final straw would have to be going from a very generous trial period of multiple months down to 3 weeks. Couldn't even honour that. Handed a great system that I would happily pay for down to a system you couldn't pay me to use. An attempt was certainly not made.

Update: originally I had issues with duplicated transactions only. But it got so much worse. Now the app is not "live" at all, I get new transactions in my inbox only once a day, refreshing connection doesn't help. Budgets show wrong values, because sometimes they exclude transactions made in past or they don't include pending transactions. My trust in the values I see on this app is zero and it's never ending checking of why it's showing me wrong data this time. Can't use it anymore

However it has been getting progressively slower to load the app/show the sign in prompt every time. Almost as if there isn't enough capacity on the servers and the more users migrate the worse it gets. Have sat trying to open the app for the last 5 minutes which is what prompted this review.

Moneyhub transfer seemed to go ok but now seems to have lost all transactions from May and will no longer download new transactions. just throws an error and says try again later. Going to cancel my subscription have a look at other options.
