Only managed to get the app to open once since migrating from Moneyhub. Glad I let my subscription lapse first. Data seems to have transferred ok, but pointless if it can't be accessed.
I've had an open support ticket since August '25 (7 months) about a repeating low balance notification on an account where I've turned off notifications. Nobody's interested enough to fix it.
not good anymore 😔 i am user for more than 3 years and I believe the app was great. but not anymore, connections to trading 212 and nest pension were lost, connections to Barclays mortgage lost as well and then I realised that I need to process all the transactions myself. the only good thing that I.AM using is the export of data from the daily transactions and the networth . please Improve or this app won't survive
Very poor app now. I cannot reconnect some accounts it keeps going back to login page and doesn't connect. Also cannot get code to log in it never sends it. What was a good app is now useless!!
Connections out of sync every time I open the app, can't ever trust that it's accurate without checking connections. The experience went downhill after Moneyhub, very disappointed as I really liked Moneyhub, had it for years. I will be in the hunt for a new service and shutting down my account.
Originally a great app but since the makeover it has gone rapidly downhill. Aside from the fact that I don't like some of the in app changes it doesn't actually perform. Constant issues connecting to banks so the information is inaccurate, out of date and slow to upload. Absolute waste of time. Can't believe I paid for the privilege.
I've had the same experience as others. All was working perfectly when it was MoneyHub. Then the WPS takeover occurred and everything started breaking. Numerous tickets raised and no resolution. Steer clear. UPDATED following public response below... This exemplifies the issue! It was working very well and then the merger led to lots of stuff breaking for me and other users. The response is a total lack of accountability or explanation: "it's third parties' fault" No it's not.
Was a great app initially but gradually gets less usable and less usefull as a number of previously connected accounts have stopped refreshing or have been blocked altogether so no longer able to get a complete picture in a single app.
Oh my God ! Why take a brilliant, working app like Moneyhub and absolutely destroy it with this garbage? None of my accounts can be synced anymore. What an epic fail.
new app is fine but the Trading 212 connection issue is a joke. They literally offer a PUBLIC API FOR YOU TO PULL DATA FROM USE IT!!!!
Moved over from Moneyhub. Features that were free are now premium. Not good enough to justify a subscription. The main reason for the 1 star is I was led to believe the features I had in Moneybox would carry over, like automatic bank updates. This just stopped working after a month.
same as other comments, also transfer from MoneyHub, some connections such as Legal & General can no longer be supported. unsure why MoneyHub choose to migrate with a company not with standard, ridiculous 🤷
initially this app worked fairly well but this year connections have been lost to two financial companies and no action appears to have been taken. It seems that later responses to my requests to support explaining that the issues were being worked on failed to reach me. adding to my frustration.

Migrating from Moneyhub was a mistake. The WPS app hardly ever loads, seems like they haven't scaled up to deal with new users. When I eventually get into the app, I cant reconnect expired connections. Support seems non existent, whereas Moneyhub had an answer within hours. Wish I could move back to Moneyhub until the end of migration!
Was migrated from Moneyhub...and whilst Moneyhub was great, now it is an absolute pain. The app takes ages to load and often does not at all. It appears to be a case of 'It was working so let's break it'
I had a MoneyHub subscription, it was a great app. The move to LifeStage was easy, but the app has been a complete disappointment. Constant difficulties logging in, or loading data. And the most frustrating - having to reconnect and resync bank connections every time I use the app!! Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Still getting notifications for MoneyHub but can't log in to delete my account. What about my GDPR rights??? Double notifications and no way to delete the old account. Absolute bodge. I will be making my own app moving forwards.
Disappointed since migrating from Moneyhub. Can no longer connect some of my accounts, no response to multiple messages regarding this (Moneyhub had previously responded within 24 hours on more than one occasion about other matters). The final straw would have to be going from a very generous trial period of multiple months down to 3 weeks. Couldn't even honour that. Handed a great system that I would happily pay for down to a system you couldn't pay me to use. An attempt was certainly not made.
Update: originally I had issues with duplicated transactions only. But it got so much worse. Now the app is not "live" at all, I get new transactions in my inbox only once a day, refreshing connection doesn't help. Budgets show wrong values, because sometimes they exclude transactions made in past or they don't include pending transactions. My trust in the values I see on this app is zero and it's never ending checking of why it's showing me wrong data this time. Can't use it anymore

Migration from Moneyhub was simple enough and didn't experience the same issues as others mentioned here. However it has been getting progressively slower to load the app/show the sign in prompt every time. Almost as if there isn't enough capacity on the servers and the more users migrate the worse it gets. Have sat trying to open the app for the last 5 minutes which is what prompted this review.
Can't login as email confirmation takes hours to arrive and doesn't work because it's only valid for 10mins.
Can't access this app since it moved my account from Moneyhub. It won't send a verification code to my email without a long delay. No support at all. As rollouts go, this has to be the worst yet. Back to the drawing board folks...
I am trying to migrate but your supposed to receive a one off activation email, but it does not arrive
Impossible to log in as they take several hours to email a 2FA code which expires in 10 mins.
Can't login as the app is not sending the email verification code....
opted to move over from money hub and the email confirmation code is taking hours to arrive, so I can't log in

Getting slower and slower to load. never any problems when it was MoneyHub.
Transfer from Moneyhub went smoothly and the app continued to update with all connections feeding in as expected. But then I noticed pensions were not feeding in and app says I need a premium account to connect there. OK I thought but now ALL my connections require a premium account. So there is no usable free level I can discern and that is making me very hesitant to engage in a subscription.
was a really good app. But in the last month or so it doesn't automatically update or send notifications of new transactions. this seems to be because the connections with all my bank accounts keep being lost despite only being reauthorised even just a day before. really disappointing as it was really useful app until now. won't be renewing my subscription and now looking for an alternative app
Incredibly slow to load
Transferred from Moneyhub and what I needed to do to transfer my subscription, or if this is even possible, was not at all clear. I have now cancelled my moneyhub sub and signed up for this, but there will be an overlap where I've paid for both for about 10 days. Does also seem to be slower. Otherwise same great app.
It's buggy. Takes ages to open and sometimes doesn't. Didn't have this problem with Moneyhub
Worst than moneyhub for sure. It is incredibly slow to load. The color scheme is straight out of a high contrast MS DOS machine from 1987. I am actually really annoyed
Moneyhub transfer seemed to go ok but now seems to have lost all transactions from May and will no longer download new transactions. just throws an error and says try again later. Going to cancel my subscription have a look at other options.
