Can't get info because I'm in the USA and don't know how to communicate with the customer service department I'm at a loss and will not recommend this point system to anyone I booked though this app and they still refuse to work with me to help.me get my points I guess I made the mistake of choosing Wyndham.
Wyndham is always promising points that you never receive. Do not show any interest in their timeshare scams! Also if I want to book 2 night and have enough points for 1 night I have to do 2 separate bookings and call the hotel to link them.

the point system is terrible trash. 30 nights for one stay, that's ridiculous. Place a coffee card at the worst. Is 14 cups getting one free, and that's $15 a cup, lol
App is not activated for Joining, Sign-in, Making Reservations, nor Access, App does not work.
The app crashes too much especially when you click on a good offer SMH. Wyndham cheats people out of the point they earn for their stays every day. I have had over at least 15 reservations in a little over a month & not 1 point until I asked for their corporate office number after the back & forth for over an hr or more. At that point I was owed over 50,000 points. The excuse was I am under CDL/CLC rate that isn't true. I booked the earth day offer 5 reservations now won't release my points⚠️
Some Wyndham properties even charge around $5 per bag for luggage storage, which is unusual compared to other hotels. The biggest issue was with a promotional booking. Wyndham stated I could cancel within 7 days, and I submitted my cancellation request within that period. They later refused a refund, claiming cancellations must be made by phone and that email requests are not accepted. Very disappointing experience. I would be cautious before purchasing any Wyndham promotional offers.

Stay two nights get one night free was a scam. I stayed six nights may 4th to the tenth at days inn in Simpsonville, SC and I'm still short in points getting that free one. buyer beware. Filing a consumer complaint today.
