Horrible customer service.
can't contact customer service hard to sign up for new rewards perks I'm a diamond member, doesnt feel like it, now they've taken over tge wifi, runs at 15.5 mb for diamond members and 6 for newbies, can't even run netflix, #dunce=highIQ
I chose this hotel because I’ve seen the Wyndham name in many places and wanted to try it once, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The quality is similar to cheaper motels nearby. There is a strong odor from the hallway into the room, the furniture is old, and finding cigarette butts and dirty areas is unacceptable. Using the Wyndham name here feels misleading, as there seems to be little to no quality control. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this place based on the name alone.
used to work great
it sucks. there is always an issue with login. I can't get into my account no matter what I try my gfs phone still has access but my new one ain't logging in. just says something went wrong try again later and im honestly sick of it. 100% sick of Wyndham at this point
I have been a member since 2018 and saved all my points, enough for 3 free nights to have them all deleted. No where does it say that they expire if not used and NEVER was I told that. I have stayed at some of the worst hotels just to obtain the points to have them "Expire" WITHOUT WARNING! NEVER will I stay at Wyndham again!!!!

The app will book a reservation and give the rate and then cancel your reservation and take your points. The representatives have a communication issue and will drop you if they can't help you. I had to pay $60 additional money and lost 2000 points for a canceled reservation. They also lie to customers when they can't resolve your issue.

Fairly easy to use. Not really worth the effort when you get to the end and the ENDLESS screen offers keep coming up.
My biggest problem with this app is that it doesn't allow the names for both spouses. we are both authorized users on the account. I constantly run into trouble though trying to check in without my wife since for some reason her name is on the account only and not mine.
using for 2 years saved up for 3 nights but the cost of any low cost room available will coast me all 3 nights points and rewards program sucks love the hotels tho
