This app stopped allowing me to sign in 3 days ago. I've tried various networks and mobile data, I've tried clearing the cache and the data, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've restarted my phone in the last 3 days more than I have in my entire time owning it trying to get this app to work. I'm done. Absolute trash. Microsoft manages to keep getting worse nearly every day. Amazing accomplishment 👏
its not letting me sign into my account and signed me out after updating. I click sign in the button goes dark and then light and I press sign in again and does the same thing. I can't even put my email in.
The game instruct to install XBOX apps to change nametag, but actually it cannot help at all. U need to change on web. is this LEGAL?

Can't sign in. But like, legit the sign in button doesn't even bring me to a login in page to even try and sign it. Worked for over a decade for me, but this update left me no longer about to get in on Samsung Galaxy S24.
Login button not working. deleted app, cleared app cache, cleared app data, restarted phone. updated app. nothing works. you click login and the button goes a darker shade then turns back to bright green. no effect.

The app used to work just fine but as of July 1st, 2026, it is broken. It keeps asking me to sign in, but whenever I try, it just loops back asking me to sign in again. Same issue after clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling. Now it's just bloatware.

Can't log in at all. Sign in button does nothing. Xbox support has been no help and "online chat & phone calls are not available for: 'Can't sign in to the Xbox network'." Other users have claimed to experience the same issue on Reddit and no solution has been provided.
I downloaded the app and can not even log into it. Every time I try to launch the app I get redirected to a screen that says can not load at this time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, my internet connection is fine, and I have an account through Xbox. Not sure if the app is just down for service or broken.

The app is great but whenever i try to party with a person it says disconnected and it auto kicks me out the party, Ive been deleting the app and getting it back and nothing works bro, this would have been a 5 if this issue never existed.
