This should be a GPS tagged employee punch In and Out times system only, the current app allows for employer manipulation of timesheets, reviewers should only be able to review and approve paid meal breaks.
makes you have to have a 2nd email address to log in. why would I have 2 email addresses? edit: tried to use xero verify and it says I need a computer, these products are horrible

A toxic monopoly. An app and service that should be a free open source platform is instead another piece of ransomware. No one should have to pay subscription fees for software.
I can't log in at all thanks to the stupid multi authentication thing. can't even contact xero support because I can't log in! can't use the xero verify because I can't log in anywhere to connect my account.

my work place made me get this.
needs an option to automatically add breaks to each day, I can't be the only one that has breaks at the same times everyday. sitting there manually adding 12pm to 12:30pm to every day is so tedious

trash app! nowhere does it says you need to download a xero verify app also.. and now I can't get back into my details because the app asked me to create a password for to login, now I get a prompt a message saying "your permission to - - - - ltd. have changed".... I check for help, confusing!! in the end, zero help, had enough of the app, went back to workshop app.. zero problems
garbage. way too hard to login especially across multiple devices. it's not even worth 1 star. it's -5 stars. HATE HATE HATE THIS APP. EXTREMELY ANNOYING & FRUSTRATING JUST TO SUBMIT PAY.

Not an app. Just opens a web browser that runs in the app. Difficult to use and worse than other silimar type HR admin type software. Edit, to devs; Yes I logged on and it stayed as a browser
it takes far too long to jump through all the bloody hoops you have in place just to stop people from logging in.

It requests a authentication application to login. To use the xero app to authenticate my login, it requests me to login the app. But, I can't do it because I can't use Xero a to authenticate. to contact support I need to login into the app.
It sends you on a loop of Authentication and lost temper. Waste of time
just downloaded it and won't let me log in . I can access the pdf file with my password but won't let me log into the app. says email or password incorrect 🤷🏻♂️
App is very quick and user-friendly but unfortunately takes up a lot of space (data and battery power). Having to download an additional app just to authenticate is also a nuisance.
"Successfully submitted claim" pop up blocks me from clicking straight onto "add expense". Please make this annoying notification dismissable by swiping or change its placement. Can you please add an AI function that reads receipts and adds each item ready to be coded and can be made to pre-empt codes for previously entered items.
When entering hours worked you have to wait almost an entire second after every number you click, before clicking the next, or it won't register the next number was even clicked. This has been an issue for literal years and greatly slows down the integral task of filling out a time sheet.
A wee bit Janky. plus also having to use this app, as well as verify, as well projects, annnnd the desktop client is a pain.
when capturing a till slip with the camera, you have to take multiple shots before the slip is recognised for analysis. This never used to happen, just recently. I use this app daily for my business and having to waste time trying to get it to recognise the slip is painful and frustrating!
I'm having so many issues logging in. It use to be so easy. Now it transfers me to a website. it sucks.
I don't find the set up or log in user friendly / not easy.
trying to add annual leave hours is a nightmare. the amount of times I have submitted and approved my leave just to see it zerod thr amount of hours and I didn't get paid. also, fix your sick leave. nz does it in days not hours and it always creating a mess. needs to be sorted out.
The leave input should be in fractions, ie 7.6, instead of hours and minutes. Or at least support both options.
Missing "next pay day" details, long overdue feature - web Version is more useful. Deleting the app for now.
Rubbish for filling out time sheets; only gives you one pop up option to input start time; can't add a break and end time like you can on desktop/web browser
