not happy. no warning I'd have to download this bloody thing. no warning it would try to charge me either. as bad as sage.
It never works, I always have to log in to my alternative email address just to get the code to log in to my laptop
Silly that this is a requirement at all, password should be enough.
hate authentication apps
not very smart app. I m using xero app on the same phone, still ask me to verifying mmutiple times.
forced to have this so now I'm forced to have another app to log in to another app I will be closing my account, wouldn't mind if it was optional... since I can't log in even with this app I'd like an email address I can email to have my account closed I'm now moving to another service

I know that it's for my own security, but I hate that I'm forced to set this up or just never be able to access my account again without it.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! I'd give less than one star. The app gives me a number code, but no email notification to use it (though they are turned on). The app gives me no way to scan a QR code other than by using a phone and another device. This is useless when your phone is your only device. This app has had me running in circles and has done nothing but give me head aches. All to sign a document from my accountant. absolutely disgusted by its uselessness. No request for help has been replied to.
let me have more than 1 pc at a time saved. I go between my laptop and my desktop multiples times per day and have to do the verification every time despite closing trust this device
Waste of time, slow and doesn't always work. Pointless
it's like logging into the Fort knox downloading app to verify another app 🙄 unbelievable.

Stupid interface. Scan QR code you will find under "add new account" even though you see it above. It doesn't sync and you stuck there. Make it work first. Help in Xero ? Hahaha. Almost non-existent.
Doesn't work properly, verification code is supposed to reset after a minute but it's doing it every couple of seconds so I can't verify fast enough to login. Completely locked out, whoever decided we needed a whole app for one function, while the rest of the service is used in a browser should never be allowed to work again, beyond stupid
Useless waste of time
Xero is great to use but totally lousy to set up the MFA does not work as can read QR code but will not connect to system, Have used Zero verifyer with no luck. Its vertually impossible to understand how you use help system. WHY NOT MAKE THIS SIMPLER
Worst app. CANNOT change phones. It won't scan new QR code. Says date settings wrong when I have it on follow system settings. QR scan from camera can't find the app to open it. Trash.
I got a new phone tried to use xero verify on new phone, when set up new account I keep getting message could not establish Internet connection, check date and time settings date and time are correct and whatever option set i use to set date and time it fails

This is awful and intrusive, how is it effective to have two step authentication if both the accounting app and the authentication app are on the same device? two stage authentication only works if you have a separate specific security device such as a card reader.
2 hours to instal and still doesn't workl absolute garbage
Logging in is a nightmare. When attempting to log in, it sends a verification notification to the Xero app on your phone. This takes several minutes if you're lucky, more often it is not Sent so you have to make another attempt. Bizarre system
why do I have to install a separate app, just to use their over priced accounting system.
Sadly, I have not been able to login into my xero account for months now because it never delivers a push notification to my phone. i have tried EVERYTHING to fix this issue. nothing works :-(
shocking keep going round in circles. i can only use the laptop for invoices,, i wanted to be able to use my phone too

what a waste of a app did not work just giving me codes every 30 seconds and when typeping the number it says there a problem so i unstalled it due to this.

Please fix the timesheet where you cannot add public holidays or overtime etc anymore.
