after a year of using 6 lite, issues started to appear, first the right one didn't connect in the case which resulted in it not charging, after that i disconnected them and now i cannot reconnect no matter what i try to do, which actually doesn't seem to be the issue from the earphones themselves because they DO show up to pair but i can't connect to them in the app, instead it goes to the guide of "trouble adding earphones?" and even after doing all the steps correctly i still cant connect.
It's great when an earbud app lets you customize the gestures, but they won't let you customize the gesture that turns on "voice assistant", it's on by default and I can't seem to turn it off. I hate using voice assistant, and now my new earbuds constantly active the voice assistant menu on my settings.
Firmware update requires an account + ads. Nice try, China.

Total disaster this app! My xiaomi buds 6 are easily paired with the phone and work also. However, I can't for the love of it not connect them to the app. I have installed, deleted and re installed the apk already many times and paired and re-paired the, buds with phone also countless times! They also show up in the app but they don't connect and always tell me that they have trouble connecting! Totally exhausting situation! Now I can't make detailed settings totally annoying! Zero out of 5!
saya sudah update apps ini, tetapi selepas itu apa yang berlaku adalah, earbud belah kiri saya mengalami penurunan bateri yang drastik dan terputus dengan sendirinya dan saya telah cuba sambungkannya semula tapi tetap terputus. Xiaomi tolong buat sesuatu, saya selalu pakai earbuds saya dengan baik dan menjaga pengecasan dengan baik tetapi aplikasi ini merosakkannya.

The right ear bud of my redmi ear bud 5 pro having short battery life. Not sure what happening. Left hand side ear bud battery life last longer than right hand side. Is it your update firmware causes this issue? Is been long time I thought new update fixed it but not.
terrible this earbuds can't connect to multi device Even using this apps.i recommend not to buy any earbuds.i regret buying this Xiaomi earbuds.better soundscore or JBL even without using thier apps easily can connect to multi device.im so disappointed buying the earbuds
