I bought this product on February and went back to the department store in Ibn Battuta mall, Dubai, UAE for replacement as one of the ear buds has lower sound. What the only sales lady who worked there told me is so surprising and first to my ears. I brought the product to because one of the ear buds has 45% function while the left side has 100% function. The sales lady said it is ok, you can take it as she can hear it well on one-side of the bud. She asked me if she could chew Sand with my teet

Earbuds EQ keeps resetting after disconnecting the earbuds.

why do we need to sign up for firmware upgrade ?

I don't know why my new xiaomi redmi buds 8 lite switches off and the voice goes to phone speakers, each time I open a new app. For example if I am talking on WhatsApp and open Facebook. Please adress this issue. Thanks
when paired first time, sound not audible in earphone. need to update firmware as even when receiveing call ringtone in earphone keep ringing and doesnot turn off

noise cancellation isn't work while i close this app and never show battery % of case. xiaomi can fix that problem
