Money was transferred from my Paypal account to a mysterious account number in Bank of Ireland. I got no cooperation to resolve the matter, instead I was getting AI generated response soon after all my emails to explain the fraud. Very impersonal crowd. Never to be used again. No one listens to Customer complaints.
hey XOOM! I've been trying to get help and reached out; haven't heard anything (going on 3 days). Why is my transfer delayed after I've sent money previously with no issue? Now, I can't even log in...i'll change my review rating if I get any immediate help
it ate my 100 dollars netspend helped and doubled it saying I won 100 I'll also never see. Temu chimed in to match now we're at 🫂300 so I joined sellvia like Jesus would have. make it 400, half actual cash half false promises like a dream. now everyon s like you won 100 dollars everywhere I go lik smoke n Mirrors. I forgot to activate my card first it ruined everything and beyond xooms creditworthiness to fix It I'm out 300 and mad. oh well ;/

app will work on old phone but not new phone. when I enter correct login info they app says "sorry, we're having trouble at the moment" but I can go login on old phone
nService is getting worse and worse. Asking private questions like who are we sending to. Stupid I am not a robot and SLOW TRANSFERS! Also we need option to choose method of payment every time. Not randomly. App chokes and caprures the money without completing transaction. Update 2025: App malfunctions, steals money. No help from customer service! BEWARE! BEWARE! This company will FRAUDENYLY BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT.
Absolute bag of trash refuses to link to PayPal whatsoever, PayPal can't help as xoom runs independently, but your automated system sucks can't even spk to anyone to get this resolved, most annoying thing ever as every transaction goes through thus company
Apparently the developers forgot the UAE exists on the map as if we are still sending money via carrier pigeons what a joke for a global app in 2026
don't waste your time
I have used Xoom through PayPal for close to 8 months now, and despite the fact that they show one amount as the fee then switch it once you complete the transaction to a slightly higher amount, it wasn't enough to bother me. However, 2 days ago, I sent myself money, yet when Xoom said it was available, it was not available when I got to the bank. I requested a cancelation through PayPal and Xoom, but neither want to give me my money back. DON'T USE!!!
I've been. using this app for a while now they said I reached my limit and am not sending millions or thousands of dollars they make me laugh when all these apps mention money and how$ 50 is money The criminals transferred millions not a lousy$ 50 now my friend has no food because of that non sense

I have used this app for the past 8 to 10 years and it was good. but in the past few months it's been only issues with it from exchange rates, fees go up and down like crazy depending on amount of money. to most recently the money been delay for no reason whatsoever. it's just one problem after another. I really hope they fixed this issues but until then not using this app. and definitely don't recommend it to others.
