April 2026: the new charts do not load in full screen. You get a forever empty screen. Please test before releasing garbage.

Extremely frustrating experience. A system error affected my trade, and while they initially promised no added cost, they later required me to deposit funds just to fix their own issue. My balance even dropped from around 8 AED to -42.11 AED without a clear explanation. This is not what was agreed. The resolution shifted the burden onto me instead of correcting their mistake. Serious concerns about transparency and accountability. Traders should think twice.

one of the worse apps I've ever tried they took three weeks and yet it's not verified and unable to use the account i advise for everyone is to look for another app
in the adverts its states you get a free stock when you sing up it does not state anything about putting money in within the first 7 days to unlock your free stock false advertisement.

From one day to the next, without any warning, my card deposit was blocked. This exposed me to significant losses and forced me to hastily close unfavorable positions. I don't recommend them; I'm switching to the competition. Everyone should also consider opening an account with them.
Extremely poor experience with XTB regarding fund withdrawals. I have a pending withdrawal to Al Rajhi Bank since February 26th. Despite providing a UETR number, the bank confirmed no funds were received. I’ve repeatedly requested the MT103 swift copy from XTB customer support to track the transaction, but they keep stalling and refuse to provide it. Total lack of transparency and professional support. Stay away if you value your money.

Unreliable platform. During a market dip, they deleted all pending buy limit orders before the opening, claiming 'technical issues.' It feels like a scam. I advise serious investors to stay away. Also their caching system is in kindergarden. Takes ages before the platform "see" the top up. In there result you are not able to place an order/offer. In game where time is money this is unacceptable. If you are serious about investing AVOID this app! To the app provider: regular testing is a MUST!
customer service sucks.
absolutely terrible app. wouldnt trust it with any larger sum of money. asks to verify id, click on the button, only gives you a password. no way to record a video or upload documents. go to the page in the browser. say ive already uploaded my documents. then later the option just dissapears as if its been verified, when i uploaded nothing. try to make a deposit using a card. takes you to your bank app to approve the payment, once you approve the payment goes ack to this app and does nothing

Często nie potrafi poprawnie narysować zamknięcia ostatniej świecy czy słupka, gdy rynek jest zamknięty - błąd ten jest obecny przez lata mimo zgłoszeń. Często trzeba trochę poczekać, aż wykres się załaduje. Brakuje synchronizacji wykresów nie tylko z wersją web, ale również pomiędzy samymi aplikacjami mobilnymi. Nie oferuje niektórych funkcjonalności lub działają one inaczej, niż w wersji web. Ogólnie da się korzystać, choć pozostawia trochę do życzenia. EDIT: Nowy system wykresów to porażka.

why i didn't receive the SMS activation, several times i've try but the SMS is not sent to me.
bring global currently for the UI setting. in case I have the account in a local currency, to see in the app the value automatically converted in USD or EUR
Am I supposed to trust with money a platform where the sms code is not sent when I want to add my bank account and support charbot just fails with an error code?

Din pacate nu poti actualiza datele atunci cand ai o carte de identitate electronica, neavand optiunea incarcarii documentului de atestare a domiciliului.
I was suddenly logged out and I couldn't log into the app again. I changed the password, tried different ways and it wasn't possible.
