Yelp is absolute garbage! Their service team is the most unprofessional people I have ever talked to over the phone. They (scam)you by saying you have some kind of awesome credit. when in reality they're trying to charge you residually monthly. If I could give them less than one star I would. they have damaged my business rather than help it.
1) Yelp has taken it upon to remove 2 reviews. These had no vulgarity, but they did highlight the failures in the establishments. 1 star for censorship! Response to Yelp: my opinion; the moderators were paid off. As my reviews still stand on Google! 2) the newest issue. new phone, download the app. forces me to login with Gmail acct. The account was built with another brand email. I can no longer access my account to this dilemma.
Impossible to use a once useful website - searching for a specific dish gets you sponsored results with no relation to your query. Adding insult to injury, they keep trying to force you to install the app.

unsolicited and intrusive advertisements in the notification bar. i hate restraunts that use yelp wait list because your app is intrusive, you will be replaced because of your decisions
Ordered a Tuna melt and a roast beef, ham and bacon with provolone, that's what I thought. When I arrived home, there was a Tuna Melt and Tuna sub. I called for them to refund my card, the lady said to bring it back. I told her I live too far to bring it back and asked if she would pay for my gas. She said they don't do that. I would never go back to a place that won't refund my money. This place sucks, don't buy from them.
Yelp blocks access of basic features on a web browser app to force you to download their app. I don't want or need your app. Stop deliberately hindering your page on the web.
Yelp business is a scam..They don't do anything but false ai generated business and when you try to cancel they keep charging you monthly. you can't get out of it. And you NEVER can speak to a person ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

garbage app. difficult to navigate
Idk what happened to yelp but its not that great now. When searching for business reviews via Duckduckgo, youre forced to use yelp and not just by having a Yelp acct, no. If you want to read the legitimate real reviews and not just the corporate bought and paid for 5 star reviews, Yelp will force you to log into their specific app to see any negative/real reviews. Forcing the user to close their browser to open your stupid app just to read whats intentionally being censored, an auto uninstall.

water leaking from upstairs. called the emergency number. He came out. poked holes in ceiling and walls. He said I have to wait until everything dries. I get that. Again, it's not Completed. he'd issues this past winter. they not putting sail down. yet the office had salt down.
The food is always great at Wendy's USUALLY... Just the past 2 times I've been to the Heath, Ohio establishment have been weird. I go thru the drive thru and they're NEVER ready to take my order. I waited the time before this night about 6 minutes and FINALLY a voice comes over the speaker and asks me to wait longer. I left a bit upset because of how long it took for the employee to ask me to wait. WHAT ARE THEY DOING? It's supposed to be fast food and yet they MAKE YOU WAIT and WAIT.

It's not enough for them for you to have an account. You need to download the app to read the full reviews of businesses. It won't let you do so if you're logged into just the website. So ridiculous!
forcing anyone using the app go enable location is ridiculous. also, fake reviews for establishments featured on the news are left up for weeks. EDIT: what an absolutely stupid reply.

app heavily sponsored with fake results. tried using search bar, filtering results, different categories, prices, locations. it kept giving the same results. kep recommending random stuff. could not clearly define what was not sponsored or not. terrible tool, AI is taking over all these review tables.

I aint ever used yelp more than twice in a single year for more than 37 seconds at a time. I just wanted to look at some pictures of a spot I was planning on going to on your website but it made me get the app. Why you want storage on my phone so bad? Why you obsessed w me? Why does your website function merely as a gateway to your app while appearing to be just as functional as the app?

APP EXPERIENCE SUCKS! You're told you can setup the app with a passkey, then told to confirm by an email link that, guess what, doesn't connect to the app, and tells you to login with, guess what?!?! you guessed it!!! with a password, that you don't have because you made a passkey! you need to sort out this error!
I have never had so many problems trying to simply add a photo to a post as I do with this app. It's the only app I can think of where I never know if a photo will join the text I've written up. Sometimes the pic(s) go up, sometimes they show on the business page only (but not my page), sometimes they post hours later. Meanwhile, though, my review is live with no pictures. Very frustrating.
The people sound too sarcastic like there being boundrylized and not very helpfull on the peer warmline
Service Electric use to be good at 5:00 now it is so bad the price keeps going up up up and up and service in the connection on the internet is really really really really bad
the photo upload flow is sooo buggy, blank screen after upload, error message even though upload was successful, multiple copies of the same photo being uploaded, do your QA!
After a couple of days and 1 * review someone else called me from the same shop playing good cop asking is there anything I can do. I said that they know very well the battery is brand new but they empty it which would be no favor just their responsibility and he was kind . He drove by the location of the vehicle, took a battery and apparently charged it and putting it back where it belongs and should have done in first place, but now he is bugging me to remove a previous comment. So 1+1 = 2π²
