this honestly sucks I kept getting snap calls and text saying to "call me" and I had both upgrade plans they offered but yet this guy was offering me another ai thing that I siad no to multiple times and he called me on multiple different numbers each one I blocked and then the charges make no sense it says at max it be 15 dollars if I get somone but one day I looked and I was charged 70$ for no reason this app is just way to sketchy would not recommend at all

i hate how they hide things on the website to try and manipulate you into downloading this worthless app.
Stay alert. This app is a misleading pay per click scam. They set you up with promotional credit and intentionally confuse the wording having separate pricing for ad boosts, logos, and differences as to what the promotional credit applies to. They also fake call, and bot click your ad to oblivion in order to fraudulently increase your ad traffic and blow up your bill. They will also bill you randomly rather than a fixed bill due date. Your bill is basically up to their discretion.

this app is a joke they only want your money. none of your reviews from your customers will be visible to the public because there program takes them off your page. DO NOT USE THIS APP ITS TRASH
this app is absolutely terrible. every customer of mine that leaves me a review yelp pretty much says it's not good enough an refuses to post them
this company is a total scam. here is the breakdown. I have used yelp for 3 years and tested it matrix. half the "leads" i recieved based on budget were spam calls where no one spoke and the call ended within 10 seconds. was still charged as a lead. I have called and spoke with yelp several times regarding this and they say there is nothing they can do while continuously asking me to pay even more. use this app in small does and dont spend more then $750 per month at best.

This app is terrible. I could turn a blind eye to the fact that it tricks you into paying and gives you the appearance of false popularity. But when a client doesn't pay, the app doesn't want to help, only ignoring Yelp. I wish I hadn't lost the money I paid here.
I think we new business owners should file a class action for unfair business practices. Contact California Attorney General with complaints. I had a business on Yelp back in 2010-2013, and I had zero problems. Today, they won't show the 4 reviews on my new business. I'm not able to adspend at this time. I have enough bs with META using bots to send messages and use my adspend $. If I get anywhere with Bonta, I will revise here. Don't waste your money on YELP
Yelp is the worst app experience I’ve ever had. The platform feels intentionally manipulative, using 'dark patterns' to hide service cancellation options. I was charged for services I thought were disabled, only to find them active days later. To make matters worse, the customer support is abysmal; after waiting 30 minutes to speak with a representative, even the staff seemed poorly trained and unhelpful. I feel scammed and would not recommend this to any business.
whoever is on this page review saying its free is a liar it's NOT FREE! it will be for the FIRST 30 DAYS then it charges you so his review is false and I sure u don't get it free for all those years cmon now that first review is false. they trying to beef up their own business which is yelp.they lure u in to make it think it free but once u spend hours making a profile and about to launch page you can't continue unless u put in their cars info cause u have to pay Yelp for advertising.
watch out if you download this app they will blow up ur phone with spam calls and also call 8 times a day asking for the same info over and over if u want random ppl to blow up ur phone and getting no buissness this is the app for you
oh the crazy spam calls do not stop. every second of every day from the same crazy Hindu guy that gets very much to the point it is beyond harassment. This guy pretends to change his voice when answering then starts to speak normally. It drove me through brick walls. I had to cancel my full ads and all the additions I added on and the second I canceled it was the second they stopped calling every second no joke. I would have 160missed calls. I missed alot of very important actual client calls!!!
This company charged me over 600 dollars in one month and gave no reasonable explanation as of why. they were also unwilling to help my business in any way ! Don't use for any reason!

just like the previous review said robbed and tricked I was promised at 300.00 credit and I canceled before I used up the credit but they still charged me it's been 3 days and I'm still on hold it's impossible to remove your car to stop them from charging you literally have to cancel my card now so they will stop charging me whatever you do do not give them your card number they will steal from you also when I start running ads I would get 5 to 10 spam calls a day from the Yelp ad
the worst ever... Indian scammers and false information allows scams across the country, using yelp was a huge mistake fake leads and charged me a monthly fee $115
as a small business owner creating a business profile has been the worst experience I have ever had! anytime somebody puts up a positive review they filter it out and say it's fake. I spent over $1,400 in 2 months to get about two customers. when a person contacts you through the app it almost never leads to a customer. Yelp is not looking out for small businesses! a negative review posted some true, some completely fabricated, which I can prove. Yelp refuses to work with me on it. RUN AWAY! F-
Waited 1hr to get ahold of customer service to get a refund of $100+ of unauthorized transactions and can't seem to get a hold of anyone! Update i had to cancel my card for the 1st time in years because they started taking monthly charges from me and had 2 others pending per my bank!! SCAM!!
Horrible. talk you into a $300 credit. they tell you to cancel before you use all $300. you finally agree. canceled at $200. they then sent me to collections saying I owe over $300 because if you cancel before its up, you have to pay full credit price plus fees. scammers.

Incredible how horrible this app is. Impossible to read messages from customers. Yelp has cost me more business than it has created for me. I believe that Yelps business model revolves around useless app design. You would have to diligently try to create a worse app.

They promise you all kinds of promotions and says it's the best option for you but don't do it. I would advise you go to Angi pros before them for business. They even have a option for you to block other people's business ads which they pay for and it should be illegal. Charged random fees and for things I didn't ask for.

I have been on yelp biz for 2 years as a business owner and yet I have not received a single lead. The cost of everything on the app i way out of my budget due to not only being a small business of only 2 people (my wife and I), and the lack off any business leads and generation. I find Yelp Biz not very small business friendly at all.

I've called three times. 1st time 58 min. no reply 2nd time 1hr 48 min. no reply 3rd time 42 min. no reply. total scam. won't verily email. 42 spam/market calls 1st day. they csn send support request to my email but can't verify? that email says 3-5 days to get back, which hasn't happened.

try contacting yelp never got a response! my program stop on the first month i owed them $300 never recieved 1 lead from them . that was not business at all i need a rollover

Do not ever sign up your buisness for yelp, since signing up I've recieved atleast 3 spam calls and emails a day from yelp buisness about "growing my buisness" I've called and been on hold for customer service and they told me I could not delete my account without marking my buisness as permanently closed. I told the supervisor to stop the calls, and he said he did but the insessent calls and emails started again. I had to sign up to a do not call registry because of this stupid company.
yelp as a company as a whole is terrible. wait times for customer service over an hour and when I attempted to cancel they had signed me up for 2 services instead of 1 and when I canceled I canceled 1 service thinking it was everything I signed up for. Stay away and use Google if possible.

Yelp is in the business of selling you leads, not of getting you more business. Most of these leads dont respond. And unless you pay a premium, Yelp will bury you under competitors pages.
this app is horrible every time I get a review from a client of mine it takes you down whether there's pictures or no pictures or the client has multiple reviews pictures they just keep taking them down it doesn't matter what I do. and it recommends you not to ask for reviews, so I don't but when I do it with Google I got 15 5 Star reviews over there and not 1 was taken down
