I subscribed with a Silver Sneakers instructor discount. I'm not getting anything out of it. I just get referred back to the app telling me that I can get a trial period (I already had one) and will be charged again. The app is useless.

I have been a yes!Go customer for many years now. This morning I received a message in the app letting me know that my subscription is about to run out in 25 days. Since I purchased the app through the Google Play Store, I was told by Yes! Go, to contact the Google Play Store. I tried that but it didn't do any good. So, now, I am cancelling my subscription and deleting the app!! In addition, for some reason, this app has been updated since NOVEMBER OF 2024!! I UPDATE MY APPS DAILY, SO???? 😡

Freezes and stops playing in The middle of classes
Not great. Always saying "mixing" and if you accidentally click out of the play list you are making and haven't downloaded it yet, you lose everything and have to start over.
Can't stop free subscription. There isn't an option to do so. When you start your trail, it says it will notify you before the month is up before payment, and it hasn't. I know I have money coming out of my bank for an app, which isn't good at all. I am going to dispute with my bank and make this company pay me back awful service.

I am not able to download the remixes.
Exhausting. Tried to adjust bpm's for an hour!!! Not user friendly. Not set up for laptop, so you have to buy downloads, to use on laptop, to teach exercise classes.

I was using the app with minimal trouble. Last week I purchased 3 new albums, they didnt download properly. I reinstalled the app and lost all my music, including oldet albums. I have emailed yesgo 5 times with no response 😟
I cancelled my subscription and got a email confirming it was cancelled and I still got charged and they sent me a message saying I need to delete the app to cancel but it also says deleting the app won't cancel it.. I have only used the app 2 day's at the beginning of my 30 day free trial and it sucked! Songs cut off half way through.. I cancelled right after I realized it wasn't going to work for me. I'd give it zero stars if I could!
Website says 14.99 and the app is 19.99 per month. And when you finally subscribe the website takes days to recognize an active subscription. Now 5 days after renewal the app and website tell me my subscription has expired and yet the payment went through. It's just not worth the hassle in this state.

I have only listened to the free samples and I thought they were terrible. I am not going to pay for a service that I can't preview before subscribing. I have no idea what they have to offer but if the free samples are the indicator I wouldn't be interested.
I am unable to get into the app and when I try to do it via my computer, I can't get in. It doesn't recognize either the temp password they give me or the one I've chosen!
This app doesn't allow you to sign up! If signing up is so difficult, I guess they don't want my money. Dumb!

No Tabata timer is a deal breaker for me.
Very frustrating to use. It constantly freezes up which is not good for teaching a class. It takes multiple attempts for playlist to download. The premade playlists are handy but that's if they download and play. Switching to a more constant music source, would keep the app if it was less glitchy.
Deleting a downloaded playlist but can't title from the playlist. This is horrible and very confusing.

Won't mix my tracks. Stops working when picking a background. Can't go back to save playlist once it doesn't work. Waste of time.
I can't minimize the app while the music is playing without the music getting distorted. The tempo slows down and goes off beat. Therefore I can't utilize other apps while using this one. Its useless if I can't use other apps like a HIIT timer for my classes at the same time I'm playing music.
I just started a free trial and really like the idea of having all the music and custom mixes available. I've played with it some and 2x now I used it in classes--started off great but 15-20 min in the music just stopped. I thought it was my Bluetooth speaker the first time, so I made sure it was fully charged and the next day tried again--same thing. Today I was trying it at home before class this afternoon and 3min into the first song it stops! Very frustrating and totally useless if it doesn't do what it claims. Glad this was a free trial--unless it's fixed I won't be subscribing. I have a Samsung Note 3. Really don't know what star to rate it--would love it if it worked.
