Yodel couriers is one of the poorest services delivery I have seen in the South East England where I am residing. Due to my health status, I order most of my goods online. Other delivery companies bring my goods to my door step. But for Yodel, the parcel gets missing; and this is the third parcel they informed me of through their tracking app, but has not been delivered. They always said, delivered, show proof of delivery, nothing to show. What is wrong with Yodel couriers?
Due to a bereavement, I couldn't be at home and was unable to contact anyone to change a delivery date or request to be sent to my neighbour.
I have never head of a delivery man who have sence will place a parcel by a bin as he posted and when i came home is not there so i need my money or my order respectively
I dropped off a parcel at Nisa Local Glossop for an item has sold through Vinted. It was well wrapped but I a dreadful state when the buyer collected it.
stuck on sign up page - mobile number already in use but no back/cancel/home button. Force closing the app and reopening just brings you to the same page...
tryed and tryed still cannot get to down load, in the end phoned yodel and like the drivers do not understand basic english

app doesn't automatically update while directly using it, also won't send notifications to my phone with updates have to check myself and continuously shut and reopen it.

yodel worst company in Britain. no means to contact. even when their app says they have lost your package , there is still no means to contact them

Absolutely terrible I can't track my parcel as the tracking reference is invalid. I thought Evri was bad but yodel REALLY takes the biscuit

App's buggy, doesn't want to track half the time. Support is awful and unhelpful, this entire delivery service is appalling. Why can't I direct my package to a safeplace or a parcel shop because the seller didn't option it with my delivery? These are standard features that should be available even for the most bare bones postal servoce.

If its not broken don't fix it! Prior to the update the App worked but since the update it has stopped working so why release the update!!!??? Also, your algorithms of answers to your help just sends me mad, I get very irritated as no matter what I do, what I select it simply goes round and round with the same response/s with zero human interactions nor any AI interactions unless both of hidden in a giant haystack

Useless app for a useless delivery service. No point having it, just wait a random amount of time for your delivery to show up
complete rubbish, never reveal time of delivery, and drivers play hide and seek, planting parcels near door and dissappear without ring or knock, so anybody on a street fast enough can get your parcel. why anyone on Earth using Yodel??????!!!
I have tried to cancel my inPost delivery and send it to my home address, nothing I do is working, I can't pick up heavy stuff, I don't drive, I rely on buses, how can an 81yrs old lady change this, cancel inPost.
so unreliable can't believe if your parcel will turn up on the day it's saying then change to a different day and still don't come then start all over again. frustrating and reasonable explanation from the I A Robot you try and ask what's going on.

They first said it had been delivered but it had not. Then they said it had been designated to a route but had not .Then they said they had confirmed it was with the driver and wait for them to deliver upto 10pm . Well it's after 10pm!!!! 5 out of the last 6 delivery's have been delivered a day late and at 8am. I think they must have somebody living close to me and asked them to drop it off. This is very bad service.
my parcel was supposed to arrive on 22 April 2026 between 19.00 - 21.00. it hasn't arrived, and there is no way to contact you to check where my parcel is This is not good enough

They have no customer service and its designed to make you give up or get bored. they will not admit any wrongdoing and there are no humans to speak to.
Did not receive my parcel!
parcel scheduled for delivery between 1105 to 1305 yesterday 20th April. Driver tracking showed he was in my town at 1040 but did not deliver to me. Last update was 8:30pm and showed the driver 1 mile from my home. no delivery. This morning I cannot get driver position details and no time slot shown.
absolutely terrible my package is late and still hasn't been delivered on the due date. Been waiting nearly 3 weeks! Not happy. I cant even get updates on where it is....appalling
My parcel was falsely marked as “missed delivery” even though no driver came to my address. My security camera shows no delivery attempt was made. I was then told a calling card had been left, but no card was left either. Because of this false update, my parcel has been delayed and redirected to a locker instead of my home. This is unacceptable service. Customers should not be given false information or inconvenienced because a driver failed to complete their job properly.
My parcel has yet to arrive no information availa ble. No joy through help either. Rubbish service.
Useless inconvenience. What is wrong with using the e-mail that sends tracking info. Not everyone uses mobiles all the time - too many black holes in this area. I can give safe location when I get tracking info on the web on my laptop so why complicate matters
terrible app, it takes you round and round in circles without getting anywhere, gave up in the end trying to find out when my parcel was going to be delivered.

I've just been to one of your high street shop to return a parcel and they said they cannot take the parcel due to the bar code on the parcel. I must contact Yodel. OK I try to contact Yodel customer services to talk to someone about return no joy. I not good with this on line thing. I just need to return the item to get my money back please and put a stop to these people taking money out of my account. kind regards Derrick Meikle
