Been using this app to order food for YEARS. Can't anymore and uninstalled! They logged me out and forced me to update my app to use it again. The new update requires you to use the PASS system to log in again which I can't do. Guess you don't want my business anymore. I uninstalled the app. Can I delete my account entirely from the website? Used this app MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY nearly EVERY DAY for YEARS! Big orders! So much money! Your loss. I'll have to use another delivery service now.
Everything is just for 2 people or more. Every restaurant always has delivery minimum of more than what their dishes cost so you have to buy two dishes, on top of the delivery fee. I miss Grab. Delivery in Korea is horrendous expensive.
Service is terrible. It takes two hours from ordering to delivery because delivery personnel aren't available. This happens often. The food arrives cold, and they don't even offer any sort of apology. Yogiyo is the worst food delivery service in Korea. Don't use Yogiyo.
최악이에요 쿠폰과 적립으로 공격적인 투자를 할꺼면 라이더를 확보하고 하세요 몇년전부터 타 배달앱 대비 배달 배차가 느리더니 이제는 그냥 기본적으로 식당에서 음식 만들고 20~30분 뒤에 배차가 되서 배달이 시작되는데 지금 탑3중에 압도적 꼴지던데 이대로면 5년내로 매각하겠습니다
This is recommended by many youtubers for travellers but apparently, when i try it in Korea, it is impossible to get my orders paid with an overseas bankcard.

무슨 쿠폰을 준다느니 어쩌느니 팝업 x 눌러도 안 사라진다고!!!! 애초에 띄우지좀 말라고 진짜 불편해 이러니까 내가 전화배달을 시키기 시작했는데 이걸 망각했네
인증 안 되서 못 씀
편의점 배달은 한번도 주문취소가 안된적이 없음. 사전 연락도 없이 취소하는 곳도 있고 친절하게 전화로 뭐가 없다고 설명해주는 곳도 있는데 결국 이건 기본적인 시스템 문제임. 주문할때 수량 제대로 남아있는거 보고 주문했는데 막상 결제하고 나니 없어서 취소당하고. 편의점 점주도 배달용 수량으로 빼놓은건 진열하지 말던가. 뭔가 배달업체가 제대로된 대책을 마련하지 않으면 편의점 주문은 앞으로 절대 생각도 하기 싫다.

배달 예정시간보다 늦음. 이유를 확인해 보니 요기요에서 배달원 배정을 늦게 해서 그랬다고 함.
Not really traveller friendly as you need a valid korean mobile number to use the app. Would've been nice to know before we took a bunch of time ordering food only to not be able to proceed.

영업시간이 끝난 가게도 주문 리스트에 떠서 개불편함 이러니까 배달의민족보다 사용율이 낮지.. 도대체 주문취소를 몇번씩이나 하게 만드냐 요기요 개발자야.. 진심 한심하다 그저 돈이면 좋아가지고 영업시간 끝났는데도 주문가능하게 만들어놓고...사람들이 배민을 더 사용하는 이유가 다 있다니까..ㅉㅉ
주문후 시간 꽤 지나서 취소 당해도 아무것도 보상못받고 매장 페널티도 없음. 내가 사장이더라도 배송 지연될거 같아서 보상할 바엔 취소시켜 버릴 듯. 고객센터는 아무것도 해결못해준다고 보면됨. 아무튼 덕분에 나는 점심 굶음. 최고의 다이어트 앱
최약 서비스, 주문 1시간 기다리다가 잘 못 왔는데 고객 서비스 연락하자 전화했고 진짜 ARS는 일부로 서비스 담당자와 못 연락하게금 만든 게 웃기네!! 바로 삭제해버림

The worst delivery app ever. CS is slow. The food takes years to delivery even if it's a five minute drive . They ig ore you and don't care. Don't waste your time with this pathetic app.
Make it foreign friendly, why lock away the delivery service by identity number requirements? No business with tourists?
Not user friendly....첫주문시 만원 할인이라는 문구봤는데 가입하고 주문할때까지 어디에도 언급이 없고..이벤트봐도 없고..혹시나 하고 결제했는데 역시나 할인은 없네요. 광고를 하지 말던지 왠지 사기 당한 느낌이...

(수정) 답변 감사하지만, 말이 안되는게, 다른 배달앱은 다 보여줍니다. 요기요만 안된다는건 불가능합니다. 이 문제점을 개선하면 다시 별 5개로 올립니다. 무조건 가능하게 해주세요. 안될 이유가 없습니다. (원문) 왜 다른 배달앱은 전부 다 배달기사 위차를 실시간으로 지도에 보여주는데 요기요만 안보여주는지 모르겠네... 너무나 기본적인 당연한 기능인듯. 별 5개에서 2개로 내림.
그동안 사용을 잘했는데, 2월 15일 업그레이드후, 오픈이 안되고 있어요. 설치는 되는데 앱을 열면 자꾸 튕겨요. 확인 부탁드립니다.
