But I can't login in yono app. Sometimes SBI anywhere saral works good. But this yono app is useless like Rahul Gandhi. Develop the app if you can.

My UPI has been disabled without even me using it for quite a long time. Your services and servers are very bad. They suck. In short, SBI is very bad when it comes to serving their customers nicely.

You are flashing notification to update profile password, but your app interface has no option to update. Your customer support says that profile password can be changed in yono lite - this information is incorrect and not helpful. This app should be named yana - you always need another. To complete transactions, you have to use alternate apps. Please employ someone who knows how to make an app. Customers are vexed with your complicated and useless modifications.
My SBI. yono app is not activated.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my pending Video KYC issue. I have been trying to complete my Video KYC since 7 May, 1:00 PM, but every time I join the queue, the timer keeps increasing and I am not connected to any agent. Because of this, my account opening process is still incomplete. What is more concerning is that I have already raised complaints regarding this issue multiple times, but each time the complaint is being closed without resolving problem
every time , i use this app it shows request timed out.
Whenever I try to update KYC, download my statement through this app or shows technical glitch, or even change my password on the SBI online portal, it keeps showing “technical glitch” or errors. Extremely frustrating experience and disappointing service.
pathetic service, can't open bank account online. video kyc always delays. had to visit the branch and wasted 2 hours.

Worst app in banking industry history. It's not meant for convenience, it's for torturing customers.
waste app , always change pin pop appears than okay button doesn't work , then needs to reopen again and than you add pin and it will open , do hire some good developers . time waste

next updated alerts of malicious apps update now shows the app, thank God. but all features keep saying go to branch. please take other bank apps like axis into analysis. they let you do anything easily and securely. good revamp
