Worst App, whenever we need to use this app , it start showing error... maha bakwas app. total time waste. Har baar UPI ke liye registrations karna padta hai. Technical error , please try later and pta nhi kya kya. Once again i will say maha bakawas app hai yono. Jb tak isme login hota h dusre upi app se log paymen bhi kr dete hai. Thanks to your great IT team who are handeling yono. right now despite entering right mpin app is locked. I reset mpin and again it is showing incorrect. It sucks
very slow and useless app,kya bnata hai sb ek app dhang ka nhi bna pate ho pin dalne pe keyboard open hi nhi ho rha hai. user-friendly app bnao yr ye sb bekar ka App bnaya hai login hi nhi ho rha hai
pathetic app and customer service. In the name of ai and technology they have shifted to ai chatbots which don't even register your response and the app is itself beyond saving.

Such a useless app... I can't register on the app, and the UPI fails every time. Why do we even need this app? GPay is enough for payments...
One of the worst app. You can find a lot of bugs in it. most of the features are not working. You will get a message "Something went wrong" frequently. Even the feedback page is also not working. So sorry to say I shifted my main account to another bank.
no text is showing in the app after the update. Please fix it ASAP
not supporting older version software.. every 6 month updates are mandatory!!!
for sbi, its always, DIGITAL LAST CUSTOMER LAST NATIONAL LAST. Yes, its true. They never creat anything which is customer friendly. Example, their latest Net banking. Its very difficult to use the net banking for a customer, probably the net banking is made not for Indians, thats why ' Nation Never ' for them. Why cant you learn from some simple and usable platforms of other banks. shame on you. simply tell me, how to take 'dep bal certificate ' as in 31-03-2026.
