unable to scan documents needed for setup
I want to recover my claude account and I used this app for the age verification but it is not scanning the QR that is provided by the claude for the age estimation.
it takes an eternity to send a code to make a new account. not only that but there's also failing age estimations. and don't forget the hurdles you have to jump through to even recover your account

Why do I have to keep providing my age when other age verification sites once is enough . I have no use for a digital ID app , a very poor thought out app .
Infuriating
absolutely horrible, put my phone number in around 2 hours ago now, spamming the resend code button and it still hasent sent me a code
I can't get past the number verification it keeps telling me i ran into an error where as i do have the code

Terrible app. Was unable to make it work. English in the app sometimes looks odd and makes me question the developer's legitimacy. Account deleted, app uninstalled for the time being.

Not Send SMS for Iran and US phone number , It's Useless until it gives code . I tried years ago but problem exists to now. Edit: Useless Advise, This Article Even Won't Load.
Only downloaded it just to say, its objectively terrible, i'd rather drink 17 litres of sprite and reap the inevitable stomach rupture it'd make than use it for it's intended purpose. I cannot think of any point in time or for any actual reason I would use it for its intended purpose.

After a while, it will ask for a code and you will enter the code correctly, but it doesn't matter because you will be locked out anyway. Garbage software written by ignorant developers. No recovery option. Pathetic.
Very frustrating keep scan my UK driving licence and keep repeating and rejecting. Wth system unreliable. At the end can't scan my driving licence blocked the option. Fix your app or do something to verify 60+ages mates

apps doest even work i cant share my age detail always sesion out. fix your rubish app. useless app, you have to scan your face and you still need to upload your id. I should just use my id in the first place without scanning my face, gatbage app.

i can't belive a company as big as claude ai is using this verification system that actually doea nothing perfect it fails the most easiest and basic task it is suppose to do i have never understood why ppl leave long paragraph of hatred comments until i actually used this app. the worst app wasted my entire day trying to figure this app out
every time you try to verify your face it gives you an error to restart no matter how good your lighting is

scanned my face 3 times and failed all three. forced to wait for manual video footage review.
It can estimate age (SORT OF...) but the app interface for photos is junk. it automatically applies flash no matter what my phone's camera settings are so license info gets drowned out or it auto snaps while out of focus. The frame for your personal photo is modeled after what I assume is Anime Anatomy. And whatever automated system they use to compare license photos doesn't take Aging or Weight Loss into account. My Lic photo is 6 years old... A LOT can change in 6 years!
