terrible experience!! absolutely go through a different mob. left me $100 our of pocket because you cannot apply a gift card to your order to pay- GIFT CARD! this is not a special or a discount or a promo - it is just a different method of PAYING. but because they "apply discounts to your first 5 boxes" you cannot use your gift card to pay. struggling to get a refund as the gift card is quite useless. I'm unsure why you foodz would even offer gift cards if there is no ability to pay with them.

1. Small portions 2. Food is ok, not what see in pictures, and definitely not that tasty. 3. Unable to redeem the free boxes, the $10 off doesnt get applied no matter what we do. 4. The latest delivery had boxes upside down and had one delivery where the inside ice gel burst and was all over the box and food pack. Update : I was contacted by customer service to reactivate and give Youfoodz another chance. They offered good discounts but as expected it didnt work. Lowering the rating

Really awful app, that is clunky. The website is much easier. I select the protein plus tab in the filter and only high protein meals show up. I have to go through all meal to find any of the protein plus meals.

Useless Company. Don't even bother with the referrals. They don't even give you the discount. I was on support with them, and they gave me another free referal code instead of the discount. You go to create a support case with them through the app, and they cant even sync up your details, I stead you have to exit the support chat to go back and get your client ID, take screenshots, stc and then go back in to the support chat and start all over again. unsubscribed and won't ever recommend.

app is buggy, press a button & sometimes no visual feedback that you pressed it or that anything is loading the "add extra meal for $0.49" or whatever amount is always a lie, extra meals are always still full price. i reported this ages ago, still not fixed. i sometimes wonder if it's intentional, because you also can't see the total $$ on the page where you add the meals, so u may not realise unless ur paying attention. no text notification is sent on delivery. still use covid as excuse.

Do not use this company! They do not send cancel food orders and continue to send apparently, even though advised well in advance not longer at address. They then send debt collectors for a product received. Will be establishing class action against this group and seeking damages for stress and time taken to find solution to their corrupt anti Australian business practices.

No option that I can see to reorder from your favourites list, WHICH was an expedition to even find where it was located. Too concerned about rating their meals and referring friends than getting an easier ordering process. How about a favourites icon, then being able to add them to your order. Or search function, or filtering for chicken, beef or fish. Also being able to select "My Choice" (favourites) instead of "Chef's choice" I'm going to attempt to see if using the website is any better.
