really slow and difficult to use. painful sign up experience - why do you need so many personal details
Too many permission requests, forced sign up no option to checkout as guest.
unbelievably bad. they told me to order on the app and then it said menu is empty so had to queue for 20 minutes. I HATE Young's. avoid them at all costs - they are an extremely expensive, poorly run spoons. praying for their downfall. Added to that one of my friends ordered £70 worth of baby Guinness and got bumped and spilled them. Young's are very cruel and said we don't give people free drinks.. we just spent 70 quid! Awful!!

I just wanted to order some chips to the table, 15 minutes of singing up to shite after having scanned the barcode on the table, even you asking me where I am, given I've scanned rhe barcode , why didnt you already know exactly where I was !!! . appalling experience
didn't want to setup an account but given no choice
absolutely terrible user interface. lots of steps to even order and no option for data sensitive individuals to opt out of data capture. unacceptable.

app wouldnt accept my card details, various ones, and the need for one to start a tab is exhausting, along with the need to order everything from the bar if you go to place that takes large tables, they suggest you take a pen and paper to make note of everyones order

the app is fine but combined with the youngs WiFi it's relentless at getting data off you for marketing.
Appalling. Don't even bother downloading it, just order at the bar. Got stuck in a doom loop of sign in, get code then app resets. Now sign in again, get code etc. Others were able to sign in, so it's not a universal glitch, but it's very frustrating whenit doesn't work.

not all countries on the list. then just kept complaining it was offline erroneously. such a waste of time couldn't even use it.

Chocolate teapot! I gave my Samsung phone number and my email and was told to enter a confirmation code to sign in. I tried 3 times and waited 10 minutes but no code was sent as a text or email. And I was online at a Young's pub and with an updated app. The bar staff confirmed I was doing nothing wrong. A real waste of time.
Orders Unavailable. Forces you to submit all your personal details only for it to tell you 'orders are unavailable'.
beyond useless as others have said. im not going to waste my time with these bloody apps. read other reviews, US not included in the list of countries. not going to spend half hour to order a beer
terrible app, nothing loads, doesn't have the correct menu. you have to actually download the app if you want to use it, as well as sign in, steals all your personal data to access a menu

I very much dislike being forced to sign up for and use an app to order food and to give significant personal information just to use the wifi and get food.
visiting London. Had to download/install app, go thru a long registration (including registering on the pub wifi), only to find that the United States was not on the list of country #s. We did try Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands, but no go. thank goodness we were with someone who lived in London and used their account.
Seems to require a lot of data to do basic stuff (e.g. can't check out as guest, requires location to find the pub, rather than a simple search function). Also appears to require you to use Google Pay to make payments, and I don't want to use Google Pay...
Don't force me to download an app, I just want to order on your site. Then if you force me to download the app, then do not force me to create an account. Then if I have the account I don't want in the app I don't want DON'T make it even harder!! Absolute b*ll*cks. Check Nando's and Wetherspoon who have understood how to make ordering easier.
Login experience painful. Search function limited to being in the correct category. Could do better.
