I wasn't paid 280 euros because the client refused to pay, and for that, I stopped using the app!! I only clicked the option when the client paid by mistake, I followed up, but nothing was done, so I lost my time plus the money 🤦🏾♀️
app doesn't let me sign up saying there's an error
did not let me verify my id. It tells me all is fine but once I close the page it asks me to verify again. I have done it more than 8 times and nothing

Constante bugs en crashes, heel irritant als ik op meerdere gigs tegelijk reageer dat de app dan crasht en ik opnieuw moet inloggen. Wat voor achterlijk systeem is dat? Dit was voorheen nooit een probleem, graag oplossen dus. Tot die tijd 1 ster. Verder zijn er veel asociale werkgevers die niet op tijd reageren of die gigs met 20+ reacties op het platform laten staan, deze moeten ook worden aangepakt. Tot die tijd ook 1 ster.
i login in the app, and After i react to a gig, it logs out me. so every time I have to cancel the app and install it again. can someone solve my issue please.
absolutely horrible does not even let you log talking about error 400 in worst app I've ever downloaded I do not suggest it unless you want a head ache
Tried to sign in on two devices but it keeps saying error code 400 "we've detected it" but no resolution, I've tried this for two days straight but no luck
The app had potential but a vast majority of jobs seem to be in London with hardly in the north (north south divide again?) I had high hopes for this app but I guess my expectation was too much. I received an email about the company going out of business in October well I am not surprised when you alienate your customer base and choose to be mainly London/South centric
When I tried to complete to My profile I was scrolling back to the right date of birth until it sent me back to the login page, I logged in but it sent me back to the login page and I literally couldn't enter the app

Somehow I'm expected to find a replacement if I cancel a shift but the del boys who offer shifts on here are more than happy to cancel whenever the want. Small selection of jobs. Also the need to change your tax code so they can dodge liability is pretty sketchy in this day and age. Personally I think just look for a proper agency to find work.
Verschikkelijke app, je krijgt dezelfde advertensie 100 keer na elkaar te zien en kan geen locatie opgeven zonder dat ze je huidige locatie tracken.
Best scam, they move there fees from 2.9 to 5%, while its us who working.. I quit this app

This is a bad application. Some time ago I downloaded it and created an account, but everything does not work inside the app, so I decided to delete this app. Now I am trying to log in to my account, but the password is incorrect. I asked more than once to change the password, but of course because it is a very bad app. does not work. I do not recommend this app. I believe that the owners of the app steal your personal information and sell it.🚫🚫🚨 i don't advise you to download the app🚨
Never get accepted for any job even though I have many experience in multiple fields.
Ik ben erg enthousiast om te werken met YO maar ik krijg steeds 'error 404' als ik mijn accountregistratie probeer af te maken. Ik heb de app al meerdere keren geupdate over de koers van enkele maanden maar het heeft de foutmelding helaas nog steeds niet verholpen, erg spijtig.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻The policy of them to give full ability to the work givers to do or say whatever they want about the free lancer which is not fair at all and racist of course as thier stuff who talked to you on phone ,so they can banned you if they whatever they want or you being late is no show for them which is not good at all . For that I'm using now other app for shifts much more fairly for the both sides
there is always an active bug, which takes less than 10 minutes to find, how does every update fix one thing then break 3 other things? i have had shifts removed, show up 3 days later or just outright disappear for a few days. if you switch between the tabs too much on an android device, the app just can't handle it and crashes, sometimes the first tab does not load after switching to reactions or matches. YOUR PROGRAMMERS EARN MUCH MORE THAT I DO YET THEY ADD MORE ERRORS THAT THEY HAVE SOLVED?!
Blocked my account and lied. Went into my app, and it said I was blocked for not showing up to gigs. I've never even booked a gig, so I'm not sure how this is possible. Scam and worthless app.
Not much response. Maybe it's coz I don't HSBC much experience but not one person responded to me.

They say you can try 3 jobs with out VAT ID, but yesterday I apply for couple of jobs, client rejected me, I tried to apply to another job, but it says I need VAT ID, so you actually can't try 3 jobs with out VAT-ID, as they say.
It's soo weird app. Suddenly stopped and gave wrong informations.

De nieuwe versie van de app met al die foto's en de naam van de opdrachtgever in het roze vind ik heel lelijk. Hiervoor was het prima, gewoon goed overzichtelijk. De afbeeldingen brengen chaos. Ik hoop dat dit weer veranderd kan worden.

Although the app is a good place to find work. The functions on the app aren't sold as advertised. You can opt in to pay a small fee and get your wages in 3 days, however this is not always the case. When you're about to agree to the fee, it states it will be in within 3 days. However they don't include that this is working days and excluding weekends. I emailed in, had a phone call where I was told I should read small print. I'm still waiting for my money back. It's been weeks.
I'm unable to complete my profile because once I enter my bank details the "next" button will not work, even after reinstalling the app. Please help.
Nice modern and appealing look but to get actual jobs there are very few and far apart.

Extreem trage app, heeft heel vaak moeite met het juist laden, en gezien dat je alleen met Young Ones kan werken via de app valt dit extreem tegen. App developers, aub optimaliseer jullie app! De UI is strak en goed, met wat verbeteringen voor de toekomst maar het voelt alsof er een memory leak is! Ik ben geen app developer maar damn, deze app zijn backend is niet in orde.
