does not allow a person to withdraw via forms that are supposed to be on this site, also has another person's email, another person's name and none of my info. The whole case is really messed up..on one document it says the info was supplied by hhs staff, the next it has someone elses name..I don't have phone service but there is no email address for contacting the agency, there isn't a withdrawal form anywhere, nothing, yet it has my user name..who filled these forms?
the isn't loading up it's has open source on it the allows all info to be stolen and blocked by user
It sucked, because I have tried to fill out the application and it is not going through (3)times😡🤬😤😠.
I get pissed trying to submit what is requested. Continually having to login repeatedly with lots of failures when submitting documents. Things that should take minutes takes hours.
Had to change my password every single time I try to log in and every time I call I get disconnected how lucky am I?
won't let me sign it at all. this is ridiculous I installed the app to make things easier and 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work. just taking up space on my phone
There is a large learning curve. I found the wording confusing in some places.

I have tried for 2 weeks or more to get my snap card and to get a real person in 211 or even get transportation to he dhs offices. No luck! why has the app been not letting me access my card and gives an error everytim for weeks now?
not reliable. if documents upload it should give preview or so but HHS says they can not see in photo it's blurry. wish they has some better option in AI world or shut this down

they scammed my food stamps in December of 2025 I had called for help and was ignored. in return I had to take a loan out for $100 at a 400 % interest without a choice. No help from snap and no help from the state, and the governor never returned the message email or even a call from the governor. I was with out food the last two weeks of December.
website would not let me download files from computer. Blocked.
Your Texas Benefits does not protect your information. I was hacked or whatever they called it & lost 3 months ,of benefits by someone in New York using it. They used all the money in my account before I even knew it had been deposited. There is NO WAY TO GET IT REPLACED. I reported it to everyone possible & no help from anyone. If I could have put it on my bank card it would have been protected & I wouldn't still be struggling due to this but you arent allowed to do that.
