wth y cant I get into my account fix ur app
It always gives me a hard time. I can never see my balance or purchase history. It say I'm not the authorized person on the account, yet I'm the ONLY one on the account. Now it doesn't even allow me to sign in... It use to be good to me, but now it's a waste of space on my phone. I'm just going to delete it. It doesn't have any importance to me anymore...
Every time I log in it tells me my password is wrong, so I have to reset it to get access
didn't let me log in but I can log in immediately on desktop mode using the browser

2026still same problem as 2023!How can my card know who I am but this app doesn't know my account?! No user name in system although I've had this app for years. Why change what was working just fine before the app update. I only hope I have not missed any important letters seeing how I no longer get letters by normal mail. Uggh & this means I'll have to spend an hour + on hold with that dreaded "intro" over & over again. I'd rather hear nails on a chalk board than that " info menu" over & over
always has issues at the worst times
Case reviewers act as if this is their money they award to the people. Insane Menu options just to get a simple question answered, long phone wait time, inconsiderate when it comes to the elderly and poor desperately needing help when, these people don't have access to Internet or knowledge on how to use it, forcing others to make in person trips to local offices.
it's ridiculously hard to understand what they want and what you need to do.

Not able to apply or reapply for benefits I have to go online to do it. My settings are set to paperless and I haven't received any notifications since 6/2025. Missing deadlines and having to start all over to apply for benefits. No option to update so its the app itself. Wish there was a 0 star option.
can't login or remember one security question
haven't been able to use the app for a month now. keeps saying something went wrong try again later
dont ask for reviews. you are a government entity based app. its your duty to be good and simple
Confusing to make changes.
Will not let me upload the documents needed. keeps saying error. I've tried over multiple days and times. It's so frustrating, especially when you have a time limit.
