if theres a problem with your parking you cant contact anyone to helo you. Its email only, which is no use when they dont reply and you cant get into the car park to get your car!
Absolutely useless. Shows the carpark on the map but doesn't give the option to pay. Had to scrape change together and do it manually in the end. How they expect you to do this while out and about I have no idea.
my wife and I ended up with 3 PCN's using this app - steer clear as the parking space is not always clear when booking - you have been warned!

Ended up paying much more than I would have done if I had payed at the machine. If you're at the car park, use the kiosk instead of the app. It will probably be cheaper and more convenient.
Giving it 1 sstar because I downloaded it by mistake because it was sponsored. Greed cost you a bad review guys!

useless slow and not intuitive
shocking..all I keep getting is the phrase dismiss when I am trying to open an account/ or cancel .. Easier open an Aldi account. I now know without a doubt this is an A1 run app and has not improved over the last three years. I am horrified they are now at Thamesgate stopping centre DA11. I dread my next visit.
park somewhere else! their system shifts your booking from pm to am then you get charged £95
unwieldy and confusing ..if the space is already booked and paid for ..why do you insist on an app download ?

Tesco beckton, cars broken down, cant sign up for app. won't let use as guest and not sign in,can't create account. can't reset password if iv opened one in the past!

Charged 99p extra after parking at the Lowry on top of the normal £4.50. Truly disgusting app.
Had an issue with the QR scanning reporting a fault with a location. I received terrible customer service responses through the email AI bot responses. Eventually when a human appeared, they completely misunderstood the issue I was trying to raise. I will stick to RingGo or just using the normal pay machines next time.

This company is absolutely terrible. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. You can't phone, you can't live chat, but you can get gouged by their faulty payment terminals. The app is awful - glitchy and slow. Zero stars would be too many.
They are hiding and charging you the SMS fees at the checkout. Be aware!! Not transparent at all. I complained and got the charge back but I wonder how many people won't bother. People are complaining about these hidden charges all over the Internet. My first go to parking app is Just Park, because of this very reason.

Deliberately disengenious, so you get £ extras Flexipass, unnecessary SMS. Email is enough. But this is how it makes, extra £... The Help Bot will say you added these extra charges.
Terrible, terrible car parking system. I parked in a car park for 30 minutes where the first hour is free. There are ANPR cameras at the entrance and exit, but apparently you have to put your numberplate into a machine as well, otherwise you get a fat fine. There is no-one you can speak to about it - you have to message backwards and forwards on WhatsApp. Trying to sort out my "free" half hour has added a massive amount of stress to my life. I will never park in one of these car parks again.

payment sucks
Very difficult to download in a multistory with bad signal had to leave the car park, had only cash on me, once downloaded didn't take autopayment even though selected. Now no way to pay. Over complicated rubbish app. What's wrong with taking cash??? Useless now I'm waiting on a ticket even after contacting hozah saying I want to pay. I have reached out directly 3 times I'm waiting on a further response.

Forget the price promise they don't seem to want to stick to that agreement, their promise is to keep your genuine refund but say it's been transferred. update they responded to the problem not quite . the correct outcome, but in terms of difficulty 9/10.
impossible to extend remotely
Continually re-enables mandatory SMS alerts that cost 40p each time - option to disable this is deliberately tricky to find. Absolutely no reason for it to continually forget your choice, order than to increase the chance that you might accidentally pay. Dishonest practice.
