Forget the price promise they don't seem to want to stick to that agreement, their promise is to keep your genuine refund but say it's been transferred. update they responded to the problem not quite . the correct outcome, but in terms of difficulty 9/10.
impossible to extend remotely
Continually re-enables mandatory SMS alerts that cost 40p each time - option to disable this is deliberately tricky to find. Absolutely no reason for it to continually forget your choice, order than to increase the chance that you might accidentally pay. Dishonest practice.
0/5 stars! Pointless app does not work if you want to pay after parking. After parking and attending an appointment, I headed straight back to my car, thinking I could use the app to pay for parking. Allowed location and found idlewells, selected the option to say I had already parked, but the app would not allow me to select an earlier entry time than the current time. After trying multiple times, I ended up having to walk back down to the pay machines in the centre.
currently hard to understand the app.
i have received a notification from you that my time needs to be extended but there is no facility to extend. i tried to create an independant ticket, entered my details but there was no key to enable me to trigger a payment instruction.
This is a sponsored app that appears at the top!!! I thought I was downloading the Ringo app and couldn't get this to work. this was because the pay machine was broken. Broken machine plus downloading the wrong F app that appears at the top of the Play Store screen in broad daylight i now have a fine.
it's a parking app it works well. low score for 2 reasons. It defaults to try and charge you extra for an SMS which is not clear. It has a 'cashback offer' pop up after paying which is a scummy subscription to sign up for. Without those it would be 5 star. if a company wants to try and nickel and dime you in a parking app like this, it makes you doubt wether they are a legit company. booked again, today still hidden SMS fee. also checked they still have the cashback offer, have screenshots
Not user friendly at all

Said it was £6 then went to £7.50 at checkout
tried app after couldn't enter car Reg in browser from qr on sign. couldn't pay for parking in app. just get loads of emails. deleted account. logged in with account set up by wife a she had managed to pay. couldn't extend parking. only in last 15 minutes did it say couldn't extend as none available. car park half empty. luckily parked elsewhere for less.
The software side of this business is a shambles, creating an account or adding payment methods is a slow, buggy nightmare. The software is basically the only element of the business since they don't do any maintenance on their car parks as far as I can tell.
Absolutely terrible you have to use a App no card or money acceptable, i download the App the App doesn't recognise the location 24903 so you can't park with risking a £50 fine. SORT YOU'RE APP OUT.
Awful app, spent the best part of half an hour attempting to log in yesterday evening, but went nowhere so eventually gave up. Managed to log in again this morning but only through resetting my password on the desktop, and still couldn't proceed with booking the parking space as it won't load! What an absolute joke - closed the app down and reopened in an attempt to try again, however it logged me back out right away! Such a farce, will be avoiding any car parks that use these in the future
login does not work anylonger
this app appeared in the sponsored section instead of the app I actually needed to park and caused me extreme confusion as I tried and failed to find the car park because it's not the app I searched for. I nearly died of stress and it was also raining. Please stop your evil parking ways
terrible. App doesn't work. forgets you have logged in when switching between tabs. umable to see bookings. utterly useless.
This app does not work. I tried creating an account and it fails. Tried both using Google and my email. Does not work. I had to book as a guest( No account). The info I got sent on the emails and sms is not enough to find the parking bay. Which one do I use? All it says is "Numbered ones are for residents only". Well gues what? All of the bays were numbered.
Won't log on on the app so can't access my booking
Tried several times via the App and can't get a space booked for Tuesday in Tesco's Car Park, Corby. App is just not working. What do I do on Tuesday, pay Tesco? Not happy with the lack of service.

This was a complete rip off that cost me a £60 fine. I searched for the the Ashford International Car Park and paid over £11 to park and even got a reminder to extend my parking time on this app when they do not own the car park and therefore I subsequently got a parking offence penalty from APCO, I appealed and lost. It's disgusting I thought I'd done everything properly and then had to pay the fine, so all in all I paid over £71, which was more than my train fare and theatre ticket combined.
keeps default to 2 hour not minimum
This company is a scam. paid for 2 annual spaces. their were no spaces. over a week of messages and various delays given on a refund of over £5400.00. Do not use!
easy to use but be aware they keep hiding the setting to disable sms notification,which costs an additional 40 pence

It added a booking protection fee just before checkout which I couldn't see how to remove.

good app but automatically installs the "optional" extras function that costs you more,. kept wondering why I would be quoted one price then charged another. at least you can turn this off in your account settings when you notice. funny enough I just read other reviews, all complaining of the same thing. nest to e I will pay by credit card, and get the card company to do a charge back on these thieves

I suspect my employer confused matters when migrating parking providers, but I still dislike the app and support. I've been over charged, but I've had no response from their support, or how to use the app. I'd argue it is not fit for use with company parking.
App spends more time on making wizzy animations than functioning properly.
They add hidden charges that don't show until after you paid. This is a scam.
won't take usa phone number
Booking cancelled with no explanation of why?! The booking had been made weeks ago and now with 3 days before the booking, I've had a cancellation email. It's the first time I've used the app, so I'm not impressed with the service so far!
can't remove the so called added optional extras. Very frustrating
terrible, have to now download an app that then charges more than stated on menu to bloody park, and this took over 10 mins due to bad WiFi!!!
