not a company I would ever use again. extremely slow complaints process appalling at the basics like sign posting with numbers and opening times had a fraudulent transaction today 0% interest all im told is as my cards deactivated it doesn't matter.
Useless. Need to crest pin but when fitected by email, there'n no option to fo that.

In typical fashion, the app is a pain in the arse when away from the UK, which is a shame as it wasn't last year
This is a scam, tells you that you have a £ 2000 credit limit but as soon as you have properly signed up to it the limit changes to £ 300.
Shocking attempts to download the app I will not be using this card going forward so cancel my request for it.
Fruatratingly were mistakenly added to my Breathing Space and have completely ignored me having it removed and requesting they reactivate my card, over 7 days ago. Currently seriously considering closing my account, i don't need a credit limit i can't use.

I'm having trouble getting on my app
I set up a direct debit I told you that I was cancelling it because I was changing from Santander other than too many payment problems with them and I paid £20 early then you were asking me for £6.99 I will not be making any early payments next time it's really stupid when you get penalised for it I've just paid £20 instead of £6.99 it is not now due until may 19th 2026
asks you to link accounts but then comes up with technical issues so can't continue, app is a waste of time if it doesn't work properly
app doesn't work can't get in touch with someone to get a new card after it expired
paying this card off, they are Mad. £90 payment request on a £400 balance avoid.

fake promises
I have tried to upload my documents/payslips but the app keeps on stopping and kicks me out. Not a great first impression I must say.
