Absolutely unfriendly design. Ordering, sorting. Categories are really strange. I just can't find what I need. Do you use randomizer to define categories of the clothes? Design of the app created with no understanding of UX principles. but beautiful, yep. And why can't I select the language different from the language of the country I am in? I'm in Spain, but I don't speak spanish.
For Barcelona they work exclusively with Seur which makes it impossible to receive your package

Very frustrating experience with the new return system. I requested a return through the app and was only given a QR code inside the app. The problem is, I have the app on my tablet, which is not convenient to bring when returning a parcel. I went to Føtex Havn PostNord and tried to return my package. I even had the tracking ID, but the staff told me they couldn’t process the return without scanning the QR code directly. I had to go all the way back home just to get my tablet. This system is

criminals! my wife was client until, they decided to ask for payment for one item three times,we paid twice and still we got a final warning for the same invoice which was PAID TWICE ALREADY. NOT recommended !
Zalando is great but the app is horrible as the language is tied to the delivery location which means an English speaking person cannot view the app in English if they live in the Czech Republic (for example)

Zalando, seriously, what is going on? I come here to buy jeans and a t-shirt, and I'm greeted with videos of some clowns jumping around doing household chores while wearing what looks like bin liners? Why must a retail fashion store copy all the Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest rubbish? Have things gotten that bad? Do you really need to rely on social media and the dark patterns that come with it to sell more clothes?
app keeps on crashing while i try to add item to my cart or when i click on anything screen turns black. after 30 mins i give up. i guess IT Guys are on vacation. well i will spend my money somewhere else.
this app is so difficult to navigate . It looks cluttered and cumbersome. The main view in the app is actually a mixture of some weird user generated content, stories, and thumbnails of products. It looks off and out of place. The use of fonts is also not UX-friendly. the app is gimmicky but hardly usable. finding and navigating through products is a real pain and mess.
so much unnecessary information and items in the app, just let me browse some clothes in peace without distractions.
It was one of the best store apps out there... Until probably somebody from marketing started requesting devs to add AI slop. After the last update the app crashes every 2min on a Pixel 10 Pro. Extremely disappointing 😭
This app keeps crashing (shows a black screen) and it needs to be closed and reopened. It happened several times when trying to swipe left on a picture to see the next. Also when displaying a picture and attempting to go back to previous screen. First it blocks the action (like it tries but can't) then crashes.

After being a customer for years, my account has been locked 'for security reasons' with no further explanation or contact details in sight. I would happily just delete the app and move on but I had payment details and addresses saved to my account so I would prefer to ensure the account has been deleted, not just locked. And of course, out of curiosity, why was the account locked at all.
unfortunately no customer service and they have not refunded me an item I already returned notnsure how or who to email or call it's horrible

Every new update to the layout just makes it worse. There's still a chat bubble always on the left of the screen for an AI function that you can't hide if you're not interested, and instead of subpages for recommendations you now have to scroll through tiny pictures while everything else in the main page is using up your screen space, or click each individual item and then back again just to see an item properly. So frustrating it keeps me from shopping there every time I open the app nowadays.
I had a very unpleasant experience and I do not recommend this app to anyone. It’s a scam. I ordered a pair of sneakers and they said the package was lost. I understood and placed another order, but this time I didn’t receive the package either. I do not recommend anyone to order from here-there are many other apps that are much more professional than these scammers.

Time to stop shopping with Zalando. They need you to use the app to get measurements. What kind of insanity is that? Edit. Oh it is much worse, they want you to use photos and they force you some AI chat bot along the way. Why the hell would anybody want that to shop for clothes?! I'm done

terrible experience after being using Zalando in many countries , but the Spanish version of the app only available in Spanish , no english , no other options , which go through everything in the app , even the settings . secondly which is also terrible that they send the order only with CCT and they are terrible , especially in Valencia. the order never arrive. and in the system they don't send you another order till that order is back which is almost a month after.
after spamming me with several emails per day, I decided to look over my settings. Apparently, Zalando needs non-essential cookies to be allowed to enter the notification settings. Weird and unnecessary. There is no section for emails either, unless this is locked behind the notification section. Uninstalling the app is the best solution here. Plenty of other shops to buy stuff from.

i made an order after a week it marked as returned, i contacted the customer support they said it was due to an issue with the courier please order again. i did so and after another week it got canceled again and now they again repeat the same answer order for the 3rd time !!!!!! my delivery address is a drop point in the middle of brussels. what difficulty courier can possibly have????? support doesn't give an answer why its canceled and just say order again !!!!! IS IT A PRANK SHOW ?????

One of the most stupid apps in the world. You search a brand name for your kid's clothes. Instead of showing you the result it shows "Discover the brand" with a ton of wrong options, pictures and categories. SHOW ME THE RESULTS!!!

while scrolling the app gets stuck all of a sudden. It won't let me scroll further anymore.

it was an ok app before but now the page were i should get recommendations looks like Instagram, tik Tok and Pinterest all together. it's incredibly difficult to find anything in all that clutter. so the only thing that works is i use the search by myself to find items. can you go back to the previous version? it wasn't perfect but way better. because of this clutter of everything i barely use the app anymore. buying and returning items works fine, but without a usable interface who buys?
why do we always have to delete something i litterly have almost nothing on my fhone and that small amount of apps i also have to delete and i dont like ittt😡
I live in Czech republic but can't change the app to be in English. I don't speak Czech too well so the choice to have the app in English would make it a 5 star experience. frustrating.
lots of server errors
i love Zalando's service, I've vlbeen using it for years. But I just updated the app, and it is laggy and crashes randomly each time I try to scroll through product images. Furthermore, the phone back button doesn't know (actually makes the app more likely to crash if it works) only the top back button works properly... this needs to be fixed it's basic ux.
