very hard not clear app

I recently ordered a dress and it had a defect. the quality was fine but do the people working in the company or the warehouse not check if the product is fine or has a defect before parceling it? it was my very first purchase online from this store and this is just bad. I wouldn't want to order from here again.

Extremely poor experience with this app and customer service. Even in a genuine heart-related medical situation, no support was provided and my ₹5500 gift card was refused a one-time extension despite multiple requests across app, email, and calls. Only standard replies, no real resolution. Very rigid policies and zero customer care. Think carefully before relying on this app or purchasing gift cards.

purchased a blazer from.zara and returned it later , they did not refund my money yet and cited that they did not receive it yet and needed proof. I had shared the proof as well from the delivery partner for pickup and even delivery to destination but, still they did not pay the money and did not loose their ground. BIG SCAM company these days..DO NOT BuY from them

The fragrances delivered had broken seal and open caps. The outer box was completely sealed and not tampered with. But the Fragrance box had completely broken seal and open caps, that suggests fragrance bottles may have been tampered with at the Zara store/Zara storage warehouse itself. Also the fragrance is nowhere as long lasting as the same one I got from outside India. Never buy from India's Zara app. Better get your fragrances from trustworthy outlets. NEVER use this app.
your customer service sucks. you said you delivered a package to my front door. it was thrown on my step and not at my door like promised by your delivery service. it was left in clearsight for everyone to see and my $300 package was stolen. when I called to complain you had nothing to say except for it was delivered to your address. it said it was delivered to my front door. my camera would have went off if it was at my front door. I watched someone walk up to my step and steal it thank you
everytime I try to use it the app starts to update. can't believe these guys cant make a decent app for once that doesn't need and update. I'll just delete this stupid app and shop elsewhere. peace.

overall the app is ok. but the back navigation gesture leads upwards for no reason. and till it scrolls I can't go back. very inconvenient
new version is very bad. you can't see pictures. keep freezing. you need to fix it
the description section won't load when using data. requires tooooo much data. can't make a purchase based on just one photo.
Everything is overpriced, ugly, and ill-fitting, even on the models. If you're straight maybe you can find something but fashionable women and gays stay away!!!

UX is awful, frequent loss of UI and just blank white screen with no buttons. Payment interrupted if you have to switch apps to authorise payment with banking app.
You can't even sign in. Tried with Google
website a nightmare to make a payment.
The app is hard to navigate for some time now, but after the newest update I can't use it at all, as it has a black background. I just can't look at it for more than several seconds. Very disappointed.
the app doesn't loads pictures of any products most of the time, I have to restart the app to make it work properly
