Unable to login. I enter the code sent to my email, it takes me back to the home page. I go to my account tab and it asks me to login again.

Very disappointed with the customer service experience at Zara. The support team was unresponsive, unhelpful, and did not resolve my issue properly even after multiple follow-ups. I expected much better service from such a well-known brand. Customers deserve timely communication and respectful assistance. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
What is the point of an app that redirects you to an even buggier version of the already bad webpage? Every time you open it it asks if you want cookies... Just use the website

Before the Zara app was so good and it was very simple and after the update they ruined the entire app and they made it complicated and the AI is not properly integrated and the AI search is awful. When I click on the clothes I need to see the composition and they remove it, for some items you put in the description and the composition is not properly written. I used to shop a lot on Zara app and after the update I don't even want to buy anything from Zara because of the app

Ordered something for my wife which was £100. Had to pay delivery charges, used box and collect from a supermarket. Next time it's River Island or Next.

This app was really great and I used the "try on" feature quite a bit because I found it to be accurate in how certain silhouettes and fabrics looked on me. you could choose what to "try on" however, it was recently updated and you cant do this anymore. you can attempt to do it but then it gives you a random garment you didnt choose and not all the items available show up so that feature is basically useless now. other than that, I dont find this app to be slow whatsoever.

I placed my first order and when it was carelessly delivered, I called up customer service only to be met with a no refund because it was 'delivered' to the right address. Mind you, the package was 'delivered' outside of the package locker in the mailroom and within 40mins it was already missing, lol. The property manager of my apartment couldn't do much either. So there goes both my order and money.
