They expect you to pay to use their app if you become a member. Never ever have I come across a fast food business that expects it. No thanks. I'll stick with places that offer their customers real rewards programs. Your store near me hasn't even opened yet but I can't say it's left a good impression already.

extremely glitchy. has many error pop ups. I got charged twice for membership fee and it doesnt even recognise on the app that I am a member.

Loyalty program, what a joke, what company charges people to be be loyal customers. Loyalty means we buy your products and you reward our loyalty. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Don't respond with "we'll pass you feedback on to your technical team" because they don't control payment. Pass this on to your bosses who make the decision to charge customers extra money to be loyal??????
Doesn't update, been stuck on $8.14 since the beginning of the year.

25 minutes and still can't register
The registration doesn't work, not able to link my card, disappointed
First of all, I'm not giving you my card details, secondly I'm not paying for a 'free app'! Now uninstalling!
WONT let me verify my mobile. Cant contact anyone re LOST CARD.
Extremely frustrating The app stopped recording my transactions, and I've stopped getting rewards for them. Also hard to find the right contact department to fix this problem.
Getting verification connections is useless, I click on verification code, which never comes through.
Says it has a "bug"
Cannot create an account, get so far in the process and where it says finalise it then goes to load which it then ends up freezing and I have to close the app

I don't think there is many if any online food and beverage establishments that have no prices on any of the items. I downloaded the app and paid the $7.50 to join hoping it might be why, but nope!!! Not a single price on any item!!!! WHY????? I'd appreciate an answer, thanks
Honestly the worst coffee app ive tried. Put my exact card details to pay for the $7.50 to begin my account and keeps telling me its invalid. I guess you dont want my money so ill give it to someone who does :> (starbucks)
The 'free drink' is a scam and rip off, you have to pay $7.50 to activate the loyalty program then you get $4.60 to spend on a 'free drink', so I'm basically paying for this 'free drink'

The app was good, until i upgraded my phone. On samsung S25, can no longer access the bottom buttons. looking through reviews and this seems to be a common issue for quite a few people. Zarraffas may want to re design the app so its accessible to all customers and maybe move the bar from bottom to top of the app page. I like that we can collect points to redeem drinks and that you have a menu available to view, but it would be nice to be able to access it.
After recent update, can no longer use the buttons at the bottom of the app. They are covered by my phone's navigation buttons. Cannot access my free signup coffee 🥲
Site errors. Auto cancel page. Card replacement won't update.

Sign up process is quite flawed...sends a "verifcation" instantly open to find it "whoops, this link is expired". 5 seconds after its received!
Don't try to look for your nearest store. If none in the default map view it will reset as you move around, and none of the stores get shown if you pan. Obviously don't want your custom. And if you do put in a location, it won't tell you where is nearest, just tells you none nearby. Then try a different postcode and it tells me a store closer to me than to the postcode I entered second. Silly!
