Its absolutely fraud and Marketing only, no realistic way of deducting tax, for sure if you agree high amount of payment to the app. in advertisement its shown all as free but it's not
Very bad, almost 4 months and I haven't get any refunds or heard anything, I've deleted my account that's enough.

The worst app (basically an webapp packed as an Android app), with tons of resources needed to just run one form. Spammed my email with missing TaxID (I would've imported it if you weren't so annoying about it) - I just want to calculate and see the results, why would I have to give you personal data before I find you app to be worthy of processing it? For most of the functionalities you API would return 403 error.
too expensive. you can join the lohmsteuerhilfeverein for 40 Euros a year for the same result. This offer is greedy
Die App zeigt zuverlässig an, dass man Steuern zurückbekommt. Für meinen sehr einfachen Arbeitnehmer-Fall (Deutschland, 2023 & 2024, keine Sonderfälle) wurde mir danach eine Gebühr von ca. 400 € angeboten. Das war für mich unverhältnismäßig hoch. Wer eine einfache Steuererklärung hat, sollte sich vorher über günstigere Alternativen informieren.
Die schlimmste App wirklich, ich hab kein deutscher pass, sondern Aufenthaltserlaubnis, das ist ein rechtliches und offizielles Dokument und ihr sollt den akzeptieren!
Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Extrem hohe Gebühren (fast 30-32 % vom Steuererstattungsbetrag). Die App ist fehlerhaft: Angebot erhalten, danach plötzlich als „abgelaufen“ markiert. Unzuverlässig, intransparent und nicht vertrauenswürdig. Nicht zu empfehlen

A friend has used another app for a small price and the refund has been issued in a week. I made my application with zasta, and it has been more than two weeks without any news.
Schrott, habe, 2022 , 2023 und 2024 während des dualen Studiums, wurde daraufhin auch übernommen, durchgehend Lohnsteuer bezahlt. plus nebenjob. Laut Zasta stehen mir für die 3 Jahre 11.80€ zu 😂 Sterne wegen Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Konzept.
First impression Okay, then service charge was kind of unclear. They charge you around 40 percent of the tax money, it is too much, in my case i was showed that i would get more of tax money back, for one fixed service charge, even if the tax return amount was lesser, the service charge remained same. It was disappointing. Will move on from it from next tax return filing. Not RECOMMENDED.
