sorry, geht einfach nicht mehr. nach ablauf des Jahresabos werde ich kündigen. wir haben mehrere Abos seit Jahren, aber Mal abgesehen vom stetigen Preisaufstieg (noch verständlich) mit gleichzeitig Werbung in Replay und kein Überspringen möglich und am Schlimmsten die ganzen technischen Aussetzer. miserabel. nicht mehr zumutbar.

remember when zattoo was simple, lightweight and did exactly what you expected it to do? i tried setting it up for my mother in law and it's / ADS FOR PRODUCTS YOU DON'T CARE, PLEASE BE PATIENT \ such a mess and full of ads that will show up every time i change channel. Are you for real?

depuis la dernière MAJ l'App est lente, les menus sont moins pratique, les enregistrements de séries ne permettent plus de passer aux épisodes suivants. Pourquoi avoir fait une mise à jour qui détériore autant l'expérience ? je ne renouvellerai pas mon abonnement si cela n'est pas amélioré.
Who in J's name has approved this latest update of the Zattoo app? It's easier to name the few functions that are working fine than the ones that are broken! RW, FW Play from begin... all ends with just a random jump to any point in the movie. Navigation impossible.
Work fine before, now it doesn't work at all. It says check your internet connection. The internet connection is good and all other apps are working correctly.

principal the zattoo app is good however I give it one star. because it says it is not available in Tunisia. I wanted to watch the french and German tv and pay for it.

Seit einigen Tagen ist es unmöglich die App auf dem Android -TV (Philips) zu nutzen um live fern zu schauen! Auf allen Kanälen nur ein sich drehender Kreis und evtl kurzes aufblinkes des Programms! Starten eines Programms ist nur über "Replay" möglich!!! Es gibt aber auch Kanäle ohne Replay!!! Als langjähriger Abonnent mit Plus-Paket ist das unakzeptabel!

The app gets worst and worst. Switching from replay to live tv öfter doesn't work. Reply jumps back or forth. Maybe better switching to Swisscom TV.

Yes, the TV app on Android TV is getting worse and worse. Freezing, hanging and switch to live tv has huge problems. Support is useless, because they ask to make a video of the problem - 😂. Maybe better switch to another provider!

Too many ads and no top of that almost everything is behind paywall. it used to be my favorite app but not anymore
Ständig Hänger und schlechte Auflösung. Mediatheken der ÖR haben kein Problem, andere Anbieter auch nicht Melanie vom Support ist zwar supporttypisch freundlich, konnte aber keinerlei Lösungsvorschläge anbieten, die nicht auch auf der Website zu finden sind. (Okay, das Problem ist mit ÖR-Programmen auf Samsung Smart TV. 3.2308-2 - wohl etwas, was keine Priorität in der Fehlerbehebung hat.)

It has probably to do when they did update the app. So I just unsubscribed because after looking patiently and with no success for answers online, I gave up. And by the way, it's never easy to get customer service, so a not that good 2 stars review may help to have an answer.
not great, interface is glitchy and non intuitive
On my NVIDIA Shield, after the latest update the UI is in German. Come on, do you test changes before a release?
seems to insist on German on Chromecast. regular crashes
it delivers basic functionality. UI is meh. recording is meh. can't easily switch between two channels, meh.
Suddenly forever loading wheel: Open Zattoo and watch live TV: everything ok. Press Home Button on remote Control and go immediately back to the Zattoo app. Now nothing works and i get the loading wheel of death. Same on 2 different boxes (Nokia and GTV, Android 12)
Changing channels is too slow, compared to other apps such as NetPlus (which is immediate). It takes at least 1 second to change channel. I also see a wait cursor every time I scroll the guide. This happens on a recent Sony Bravia (2023 model), which has a pretty fast processor.
Im Prinzip ganz gut. Leider wird die Qualität bei vielen Details sehr schlecht. Andere Apps streamen, am selben Gerät, ohne Probleme 4k mit DolbiDigital.
why do you have to reinvent the navigation of streaming apps? all the other apps do it right, but zattoo just has to be different. i hate navigating in this app, especially on the TV. Also it's kinda undstable and crashes from time to time.
An dich ganz gut aber ich hasse es wenn Programmierer einen zu irgendwas Nötigen wie zum Beispiel eine Bewergung abgeben.
