I'm giving this app a 1 because I'm not able to choose the curbside order number where I park at and not have any utensils to use, like a fork to eat my coleslaw with and some napkins

If any of the kids change their mind on if they want something from Zaxbys causing multiple receipts it cheats us out of points.

Was trying to get food for a friend& rewards wouldn't work AT ALL. She tried to use her 5 free fingerz with $5 but app&website FALSELY said that the loyalty wasn't on the account even though ITS RIGHT THERE. She called operators several times. They verified that THE ACCOUNT WAS OPEN& SHE HAD THE REWARD. LITERALLY MID CALL her account was "disabled" by 3rd operator. GIVE HER THE REWARD SHE DESERVES& RESET THE ACCOUNT NOW
home screen won't load half the time if the fill screen ad shows up

Update: The mobile point of sales cant scan my barcode so I have to hold up the line at the window. What's the point of having an app when it feels like jumping through hoops to earn points. Update of update: Worker at the window couldn't scan my app because the order had already been placed...

No matter what you do, it's says Oops something went wrong. Cleared data and cache. Closed and reopened. Nothing. It's like they are forcing you to use a food delivery app instead of their app.

This app SUCKS! It doesn't show everything & you can't use the rewards at all now. You tap scan in store & it immediately says the time expired.
wings and things won't let you select traditional, and the traditional wings are selling for $0.00 and $1.00 and won't let you select the item. Very buggy for 2026 I thought we fixed all this stuff in 2020.
the deals they put on the app barely work even when you meet their criteria... and then they make them online only so you can't just go in the store to use it...
Zaxby's app is slow, buggy, inconsistent and it appears that they value their deal with Coca-Cola over customer satisfaction. When ordering in the app expect 30-45 minute waits while everyone that pulls up just zips through the drive through. The Zaxby's team also keeps messing with the app frontend as the email I made my account with is no longer a "valid email" in the app, but signs in just fine in the browser. Complete embarrassment.
Will not let you add receipt for points.... I clicked on forgot to scan in store ...it will not pull up.....PLEASE FIX!!!!!!
Easily the worst restaurant app I've ever used. Literally nothing works. Editing in 2026 to say that STILL nothing works!

Fix your dang app! Bugs and glitches. "Network request failed" for last month and can't even log in.

App is agonizingly slow and I see "Oops" errors frequently. I'm not using a VPN, I have fiber-backed Wifi, and not using any ad blockers. The app is simply and inarguably terrible.
no matter how many times I click on something, it will not work. so I can't view the menu, order anything, get the rewards code to scan at the register, add rewards points, or redeem rewards. this app has made eating at Zaxby's impossible!
Store clearly not in sync with the app. Still had to wait in a long line for my food and had to wait little longer for my drink. App would not honor rewards... free 5 dry rub w/ $15 purchase. App is also slow. Food is good, though.
I can't believe the customer service that I received from Zaxby's today. The restaurant on Leicester highway fowards all calls straight to voicemail, so you can't get through to management. My order was wrong. I called the main customer service number again Zaxby's was rude! They stated they would not help me it was not their responsibility to handle my situation.I did place it online but I believe it was Zaxby's responsibility to handle my situation or to at least hear me out.
This app is Trash 🗑️. It always freezes even after uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I guess that's 1 way to not let customers earn points for meals in the future.
If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It's such a shame since my children like eating the food so much, but I cannot stand this app. There are many things horribly wrong with this app, but my main issue is with logging into my account. To log in, they send a verification code to your email or phone. Yet, when you go back into the app to enter the code, the entire app resets, making it impossible to enter in the code, thereby blocking you from signing into the app and paying. Trash app.

The app is terrible. All of the tabs on the bottom are unresponsive or non-existent. Please FIX.
Keeps lagging and doesn't let me order anything
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one having issues with this app. Cannot use ANY of the options at the bottom of the app, which means that you can't open the QR code to scan for points. Horrible!!
