App and online ordering are not working. Will not accept any type of payment. My son couldn't order from his app either. Been messed up for a couple of weeks now.

Three next time is go to use the app, the same thing would happen. Beyond aggravating!! I've had to re-input the information for my card at least a dozen times. I've never had this issue with any other app. Disappointing!!!!
Worst performing app I have seen. It is incredibly glitchy and cannot seem to get things right. If you are in a situation where you need to use the app, eat elsewhere. Food is great, app is horrendous.
actual garbage. literally how could they have made the app this bad? I have no experience in coding or web design, and I'm certain I could make a better app with my eyes closed.
I have tried everything suggested to get access to my loyalty profile to get and use points. nothing works. I don't see the point of the app without access to the points and rewards. I am very disappointed.

Just doesn't work. Period. Tells me that there is no account associated with my email and to create an account. I try and create an account with the same email and it tells me there is already and account associated with that email. vicious cycle of clusterFs
pretty pathetic for a corporation, I mean for real spends 50 bucks on an app probably, get with it. I mean for real. every time I open the app I can't click menu or rewards without clicking something else.

The app just crashes every time I try to sign in. I was literally at the restaurant ready to order and I ended up going somewhere else because I literally just couldn't use the app. Absolutely awful at the best of times
I was literally able to come write this review before the app will load to the next screen and save my order and touches register like 10 seconds after you press the screen.
every time this app gets an update, it breaks.
They've fixed the sign in issue, but, at checkout, you can't schedule a pick up day for a catering order.
I love Zaxby's I just hate the app because I'm not able to order. Everytime I try to log in, it boots me right back to my phone homescreen. It doesn't help when I'm on my lunch and want to save time by ordering on the app only to have to go in person.
This has got to be the worst app I have ever used. After every button press it loads for at least 10 seconds. The "reorder" button has never worked for me a single time. Everytime i order I have to re-add the location of my store. It's honestly impressive how terrible this app is.
Compared to other food apps, this app is horrible. The app is sluggish, freezes, and somewhat confusing to use.

Objectively one of the slowest apps I've ever used. Generally, just a frustrating user experience.
The reward points expire. I wasn't aware of this and have lost points. I don't live close to a Zaxby's and can't go often so it is impossible to bank enough points for redemption if they expire.

this is the worst app I have ever used, took me over 40 minutes of the app saying my card cant be used, reentering and readding my order and card info multiple times, and then not saving progress only for the store to finally close because this app cant be bothered to do its job and run

App is broken and has been for months. It is literally unusable because none of the buttons at the bottom work. - Okay, they updated the app and the buttons "work" again, but overall the app is still unbearably slow and unresponsive.
the app is terrible, I got a new phone and it won't let me login it incessantly crashes at the very end of verification. It did on my wife's iPhone as well. I spent so much and had so many points. Popey's here I come I guess.

absolutely zero perks to using this app. it takes 10 minutes to use it to just get an order going and then another minute to get to the checkout screen and then another 5 min to pay its insane your app is sht.

what's the point of having the app if it doesn't even record the points I earn? I have scanned the app at the restaurant and even manually entered the receipt on separate occasions, yet I still have 0 points.
I have honestly never used an app shittier than this one, and I work in software so thats saying a lot. My poor experience has made me decide to no longer even be a customer of Zaxbys. Whoever created this app deserves to be fired and needs to find a new career path. If I could give a negative star review I would. Total POS!
app hasn't worked for weeks/months.
the app is so slow. There is nothing wrong with zaxbys, but this app is garbage. I can't type in the delivery note section without it adding a double space in between each letter. frustrated me so much to the point I got up and picked it up myself. the checkout keeps displaying a wonky number to the point where my rewards didn't apply correctly
kicks me off as soon as I log in. trying to upload a receipt, it wont let u do it online. already called corporate no luck there they told me to go on the website. good luck people
The app often logs me out and will claim my account "cannot be found", forcing me to either create a whole new account with a new e-mail (thus losing points accumulated) or having to contact customer support, only for it to happen all over again a month or so later. No amount of uninstalling, cache-clearing, and restarting solves the issue. Love the food and in-restaurant service, but the app is not worth it at ALL, especially with how much you have to spend to accumulate any good rewards.
