It was the worst experience after paying Rs. 750 for 3 months. There are so many ads in the interval of 3 minutes and there are 4 ads it's a worst app ever used new user please don't purchase and subscription it's just waist of money

Too many ads
I purchased the FIFA 26 plan still not able to play the match highlights on my PC. I am using chrome browser. I have to switch to phone screen to watch. Please let me know if the pack is only for mobile devices and where it is mentioned. Raised a request also through zee5 portal.
zee5 is such a glitched app it doesn't play the downloaded videos if it's u watched within a week what the hell and such a shame to maintain the high profile tv channel app like this
The worst 3rd class OTT app I've ever used. Subscribed only for FIFA, and it was my first and will be my last time using Zee5. It's 2026, yet the app feels stuck in some 10 years old app -constant bugs, random logouts, videos freezing and a terrible user experience. Pathetic.
With a heavy heart I have to say Zee5 got very poor backend developers and devops personnels...videos wont resume after ads....even college kids are making better apps these days...1 star only for the content provided.. standard is going to the dogs now, notifications play audio, last thing I wanted in a meeting

21 days into the FIFA World Cup and the issue still persists on Fire TV. Live streams freeze every few minutes for 30+ seconds despite using the latest app version, clearing cache/data, reinstalling the app & restarting the device. I've shared multiple recordings & raised several tickets, yet I keep receiving irrelevant template replies instead of a fix. Stop sending automated responses. Investigate properly and resolve this issue permanently. Premium users deserve better. Plz fix immediately!

I don't understand what is so difficult in fixing absence of "continue watching" tab in smart tv from so many days. Do you guys even do testing before deployment of new version on production? The issue is consistent since last update. Please pay your developers good salary and stop hiring freshers if you can't train them properly.

First they sell a 3 month subscription for a 1 month event(FIFA), Then they silently cut no. of devices, Then they force us to watch ads during a live match. When all that is not bad enough you have to 12 ads to get through the end of HIGHLIGHTS!!! What a shame!! Then legendary Zee has to work with leftovers of all the OTTs now, a team that nobody probably wants. PATHETIC GREED!! Edit : They claim limited ads are part of the deal?I have seen lesser ads on 30 minute soaps than 6 mins highlight.

Fraudulent App. Purchased FIFA subscription before 11th June whether 3 devices limit was promoted. They're allowing only one device post purchase. Terrible post purchase support also. Avoid this app at all cost. Scammers.
