What's the point of paying for subscription when you still get ads 🤦♂️
I wouldn't even give this App an one star, but no choice. This App is full of Ads and most appear every 15s-30s after the last, so the series are unwatchable. Can't even send help as there is an error when doing and no Email is provided for support. Even when I had subscribed to the App, it still had Ads and freezing constantly. I was going to subscribe again but prices have gone 300%-500% and now split in different languages?

Rating because 0 stars isn't an option. App quality is total local, UI hangs more than my old bike. Content is okay but technical side is a big zero. Sort it out or shut it down. System update chahiye, yeh mazaak nahi chalega!

This app is the worst. It crashes after every ad. When I restart it, it plays ads again. I want to give it a negative rating. I'm stuck in an ad loop. worst worst worst!!!1

While watching the shows too many adds are coming like 8minutes or 4minutes loosing the interest to watch zee5 it was very irritating

Really worst experience with z5 UI from 10months, I am using this app via jio, I have contacted the z5 CS but no proper response. I have multiple issues with the app 1. Every time for the new billing cycle, profile selection page is getting disabled and activating 5 days before the new billing cycle again the same repeating. 2. I am facing a subscription issue for 48 hours even though I have an active subscription. 3. The watchlist is getting wanished after watching content. 4. too many ads.

worst app ever!! it doesn't even deserve a single star rating After every 1 second while watching a show we get 3 ads which are almost 1 minute and I didn't even see a single show without getting frustrated, in fact this is the worst app ever I saw on playstore and I am 100% sure there no other app which is worse that these 💩🤮

I’m really disappointed with ZEE5 streaming quality. Even with a premium subscription, most movies don’t play in proper HD. Many are below 720p and look blurry. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy M34 with both BSNL WiFi and Jio 5G, so internet speed is not the issue. Other apps like YouTube, Netflix, and Prime Video play in full HD without any problem on the same connection. In ZEE5, even after setting video quality to “Best”, the playback still looks like low resolution.

pathetic login .. says logged in then stays same page. forcing me to deliberatelylogin through tata play + and pay subscription there even when I have a running subscription.
