not creating an account so you can blast me with emails just to use the app. looked at 1 pair and wouldn't let me continue without logging in.

I need to return my order. I ordered 2 eyeglasses frame and not either one is what I ordered!
The glasses look great, the prices also look great, but it means nothing if you mistyped your email when creating an account on the app. I thought using my phone number would allow me to verify in place of my email so that I can fix my email address, but no such luck. The ticket I opened was marked as solved the next day and now I need to message them again to delete my account because I can't remove my phone. I had been excited to shop here, but this app ended that possibility.
frustrating
Terrible experience. I uploaded a correct prescription, but Zeelool’s system entered it wrong. I contacted them within 24 hours (inside their processing window), but they delayed responding and then claimed it was “shipped” and tried to charge a 30% fee to fix their mistake. My order still showed “processing” with no tracking. Poor customer service and no accountability. I’ve requested a refund and will dispute if needed.

Material: had a pair of their glasses 2 yrs ago and they broke my face out badly. I love their frames they just broke my face out around my eyes.
