its ok I think Chat GPT can do what this can expect for making videos. and I dont like how you can tell the videos are AI its beyond obvious. Im not a fan of this app

How do you cancel this App!!! It's not listed under subscriptions on my phone and the email address on their email does not work. They took $140 out of my account overnight and i have no way of cancelling this service. Please contact me ASAP and REFUND ME!

Did nothing but allowed but had me upload assets. that's all. Not going to pay.You need to show proof that your product works.
Poor Okay, just a bit of feedback as well. Perhaps change your business model so you don't have to take out one subscription and then get tricked into creating another subscription before you've even finished registering. That's really bad for business. Very bad. And your reviews on Trustpilot and Google Play also state that people are annoyed with that as well. So you might want to have a little think about that. Their AI engine isn't very good either. The content it produces shoddy outputs.

The only product they advertise is their own. it's difficult to use and they focus so hard on selling their product they forget they are supposed to be selling yours.

I do interior home remodeling such as kitchen, bathroom, flooring, painting ectopic but I can't find anything to describe what I do in the app I'm finding roofing, cleaning services, pressure washing, lawn treatment, landscaping but nothing about what I do. I've been trying to unsubcribe but I can't find where to do so but they charged my credit card $29.00 so now I have to call the credit card company

I just signed up for Zeely, and if this can do what they claim, I'll give a better rating, but for now I'm giving it a 1, which does not mean that it's not worth installing.
this is a scam! after they take your money, you can't log in.
I unsubscribed from this app in February. It's now April and they are still charging my account 2 charges $79.95 & $59.96 a month. Don't subscribe to this app they will continue to charge your account long after you unsubscribe. UPDATE I contacted support about this & was told that I may have intended to unsubscribe in Feb. but I did not infact unsubscribe. After sending them a screenshot showing that I unsubscribed in Feb. & threatening legal action I was given a full refund.

don't waste your time. burned through their whole "Max" tier plan in 3 days of semi focused work. if that wasn't bad enough they managed to lose me a 12k contract by upsetting a long term client (charging her personal card for Meta ads after I paid up front) - AND REFUSING TO REFUND THE "COST" OF THE ADS!
Terrible experience, not as advertised. Everything is manual, not automatic creation as outlined. Poor videos, just rotating you images in background of a poorly lipsynced character.
I intended to purchase one subscription, but the app processed a second 'recommendation' charge simultaneously without clear consent. Once you purchase a subscription, you are looking forward to being guided through implementation steps: YES, it is what it looks like. But your bank app will beep as purchases are made with any tapping. I truly believe this is a pure criminal and intentional.

Absolutely Disappointing. There are barely any templates. Adjusting pics or changing text in the template is completely messed up. The avatars are horrible. They use Kling AI which has same issues like the words get all distorted. What a waste of money!
Zeely make you buy credits each month with no carryover. Being in business, how much time do you think I have to commit to making videos instead working to use my credits? The avatar filters are very limited, and most the time isn't available. The voice over avatars are not good and doesn't match up. A big waste of money.

Do not use this app is 100% trash. I did a 7-Day free trial and to do anything it charges you money. so I paid the $10 to generate an ad and on my iPhone and my Android the app does nothing. I will be requesting a refund from the Google Play store
total scam. subscribed to generate ads on tiktok and when you go to link the account google says tiktok is not compliant with google policies and won't let you in. the ai ad generation is terrible and doesn't understand the product and after paying the subscription fee you have to pay an additional $100 for your first ad campaign.

this is a scam. they dont let us unsubscribe and even after the subscription they charged me. so unfair and it is a scam..
horrible customer experience! they just want you to subscribe and lock you in to charge you without telling you. a free trial? yeah right. they hide their subscription options so well that you can't even unsubscribe even if you wanted to. and when you get charged, they won't refund you your total amount even if it happened the day of. so much dishonesty. please be careful and protect your money. it's not worth it
